إعلام عبري يكشف عن بنود سرية في اتفاق لبنان أبرزها يتعلق بإيران

سرايا - ذكرت "القناة 12" العبرية أن الوثيقة الأميركية التي مهدت للاتفاق في لبنان "تتضمن عدداً من البنود السرية التي لم يتم الكشف عنها بعد".
وحسب القناة، فإن البند الأكثر حساسية يشير إلى الموافقة الأميركية على التعامل مع "إسرائيل" في الملف الإيراني.
وأوضحت القناة أن رسالة الضمانات الأميركية المكونة من صفحتين ونصف تحتوي على ما يسمى في "تل أبيب" بـ"القسم الإيراني"، وتنص الوثيقة على أن الولايات المتحدة تتعهد بالعمل مع "إسرائيل" لمنع إيران من زعزعة استقرار المنطقة، ومواجهة تدعيم تموضعها في لبنان، وعرقلة تقييدها لتنفيذ الاتفاق بشكل مباشر أو من خلال وكلائها.
وتفصّل الوثيقة التي كشفت عنها القناة، طلباً أو تحذيراً أميركياً لـ"إسرائيل"، مفاده أنه إذا قررت "تل أبيب" التحرك، فعليها أن تبلغ واشنطن في الوقت المناسب.
وتفترض الولايات المتحدة أن تكون كل الإجراءات "الإسرائيلية" متطابقة مع القانون الدولي، لتقليل أكبر قدر ممكن من الضرر الذي سيلحق بالمدنيين أو البنية التحتية المدنية.
وهناك قسم آخر في الرسالة خاص بالمسؤولية الأميركية، ويرد فيه أن دور الولايات المتحدة بوصفها رئيسة لآلية الرقابة، يجعلها تقوم بقيادة وتوجيه القوات المسلحة اللبنانية لمنع الانتهاكات وتوفير مراقبة فعالة.
وأشارت القناة إلى ما قاله وزير "إسرائيلي" اطلع على الوثيقة، ووصفها أمس في مجلس الوزراء بأنها "إنجاز عظيم"؛ لأنها تضمن إدخال الولايات المتحدة إلى لبنان بحكم الأمر الواقع، باعتبارها الطرف المسؤول الرئيس في تنفيذ ومراقبة الاتفاق.
