إطلاق برنامج لتدريب أطباء الطوارئ والرعاية المركزة في مستشفى شرق المدينة بالإسكندرية

أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان، إطلاق أول برنامج تدريب نوعي ومتميز في مركز تدريب مستشفى شرق المدينة بالإسكندرية، تحت عنوان "Rush Course Rapid ultrasound in shock Hypotension"، بهدف الارتقاء بمهارات أطباء الطوارئ والرعاية المركزة، في استخدام أجهزة الموجات فوق الصوتية لتشخيص وعلاج الحالات الحرجة، وخاصة تلك المتعلقة بالصدمة لمعرفة مسبباتها.
وأشار الدكتور حسام عبد الغفار، المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، إلى أن هذا البرنامج التدريبي يهدف إلى تعزيز كفاءة الأطباء في مواجهة الحالات الطارئة والحرجة باستخدام تقنيات حديثة تساعدهم في اتخاذ قرارات سريعة ومبنية على بيانات دقيقة.
وأوضح «عبد الغفار» أن فريق التدريب في مستشفى شرق المدينة، الذي يتألف من مجموعة من الأطباء المختصين وذوي الخبرة، قد تولى إعداد وتنفيذ البرنامج، ويضم هذا الفريق الدكتورة ميري كريستين نبيل، مدرس طب الطوارئ بكلية الطب جامعة الإسكندرية ونائب مدير المستشفى ورئيسة قسم الطوارئ، إضافة إلى الدكتور وائل قاسم، رئيس الهيئة الطبية ورئيس قسم الرعاية المركزة ومنسق الزمالة، كما يشمل الفريق الدكتور سبرجن نصر، أخصائي ومدرب زمالة الطوارئ، والدكتور باسم ثروت، أخصائي الطوارئ، والدكتور عمر الجارحي، طبيب رعاية مركزة، والدكتورة سلمى كمال، طبيبة الطوارئ، والدكتورة رحاب خفاجة، طبيبة الطوارئ،وذلك تحت إشراف الدكتورة لمياء فودة مدير إدارة التدريب بأمانة المراكز الطبية المتخصصة.
من جانبها، أكدت الدكتورة مها إبراهيم، رئيسة أمانة المراكز الطبية المتخصصة، أن البرنامج استهدف تدريب 24 طبيبًا من مختلف الأقسام، شملت الطوارئ والرعاية المركزة والقلب والباطنة، وذلك لضمان تكامل فرق العمل في التعامل مع الحالات المعقدة بفعالية وسرعة.
وفي هذا السياق، صرّح الدكتور محمد فاروق، مدير مستشفى شرق المدينة، بأن "إقامة هذا البرنامج التدريبي يأتي في إطار حرص المستشفى على تقديم أفضل الممارسات العلاجية لأقسام الطوارئ والرعاية المركزة، بما يساهم في رفع كفاءة الكوادر الطبية واستعدادها للتعامل مع الحالات الحرجة بكفاءة وسرعة."، مؤكدًا أن المستشفى ملتزم بمواصلة تنظيم مثل هذه البرامج لتطوير المهارات العملية والفنية للأطباء، بما يعود بالنفع على المرضى والمجتمع.
تأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن استراتيجية وزارة الصحة والسكان الهادفة إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين، وضمان توفير رعاية طبية عالية الجودة، مما يعزز ثقة المواطنين في النظام الصحي المصري ويرسخ الجهود المستمرة لتطوير كفاءة الكوادر الطبية في مختلف التخصصات.

فيما سيناقش مؤتمر الغدد الصماء والسكري آخر المستجدات، والتوصيات العلمية في تشخيص وعلاج أمراض الغدد الصماء وهشاشة العظام ومرض السكري بأنواعه، واضطرابات الوزن السمنه وارتفاع الكولسترول والدهون في الدم، وارتباطها بأمراض القلب والشرايين، بالإضافة إلى ورش عمل عن مضخات الأنسولين، وفحص السكري.
