"تلال" و"إنيسمور" توقِّعان عقد تطوير فندقٍ عصريٍّ في مدينة الخُبَر والأول من نوعه بالمنطقة الشرقي

في خطوةٍ إستراتيجيةٍ مُهمَّةٍ لتعزيز قطاع الضيافة وتقديم تجارب فريدة للنزلاء، تمَّ الإعلان عن توقيع اتفاقية شراكةٍ بين "تلال" و"إنيسمور" العلامة الرائدة في قطاع الضيافة؛ وذلك لتطوير أحدث فنادق مدينة الخُبَر "25 أورز قلب الخبر"، لأول مرة في المملكة بعد تواجده في نيوم تروجينا.
وتهدف هذه الشراكة إلى دمج العناصر الابتكارية لتقديم تجارب إقامة استثنائية ومميَّزة، والتي تعكس روح الابتكار والثقافة في مجتمع قلب الخُبَر المُقدَّم من شركة "تلال".

ويُتيح الفندق مجموعةً من الخدمات الترفيهية، بما في ذلك وجهات مطاعم متعدِّدة، وحمام سباحة وصالة ألعاب رياضية، كما يحتوي على الصالة الدائرية وهي العلامة الفارقة لفندق "25 أورز قلب الخُبَر"؛ لتصبح ملاذًا للحواس عبر اكتشاف سحر العجائب في الفندق.
وكجزءٍ من إستراتيجية التطوير، تقدِّم "تلال" و"إنيسمور" لأول مرة في المملكة العلامة التجارية Working From_، للمساحات المشتركة، والتي تتضمَّن غرف اجتماعاتٍ، وكبائن هاتفية بمساحة تزيد على 2000 متر مربع. والكثير من المزايا، بالإضافة إلى أحقيَّة المشتركين في التمتع بمزايا الفندق، بما في ذلك عروضٌ خاصةٌ على المرافق وخصومات الطعام والشراب.
الجدير بالذكر أن "قلب الخبر"، الذي أُعلن عنه في معرض "سيتي سكيب العالمي"، وبقيمة تناهز 6 مليارات ريال سيضمُّ عددًا من العلامات التجارية، ومنها "25hours" التي ستتواجد لأول مرة في المملكة العربية السعودية، بعد تواجدها في نيوم، وعدة مدن مثل: كوبنهاجن، فيينا، جاكرتا، زيورخ، دبي، دزلدورف، فلورانس، همبرغ، كللوكن، ميونخ، برلين، وأخيرًا في الخُبَر.
ويُعتَبر مجتمع "قلب الخبر"، أحد أهم المشاريع متعدِّدة الاستخدامات في المملكة، وأكثرها تفرُّدًا، والذي يهدف ليكون مجتمعًا فريدًا يُحقِّق المعنى الحقيقي لرغد العيش، من خلال توفيره بيئةٍ سكنيةٍ تغني حاجة الأفراد والمستثمرين من سكنٍ وترفيهٍ ومراكز الأعمال بالشكل الذي يعكس هوية مدينة الخُبَر، وليكون واجهةً ومنارةً للتذكير بأسلوب حياة مدينة الخُبَر.
كما يُعتَبر قلب الخُبَر أول المجتمعات المتكاملة والمتجانسة من نوعه في المملكة، والممتد على مساحة 268 ألف متر مربع، وهو مُصمَّم من قِبَل مكتب WATG لندن، ويخدم فكرة العيش واللعب والعمل في مكانٍ واحد، مبنيًّا على مبدأ أنسنة المدن، وتعزيز المشي، موائمًا لرؤية 2030؛ ليجعل المنطقة الشرقية على خارطة المدن السعودية الثلاث الأكثر رغبة للعيش فيها على مستوى العالم.
وتُعتَبر هذه الاتفاقية خطوةً إيجابيةً نحو تعزيز التعاون بين الشركتَين، وتحقيق النجاح المشترك في قطاع الاستثمار والضيافة؛ حيث تتلاقى رؤية شركة "تلال" و"إنيسمور" بالجمْع بين التصميم والثقافة والتفرُّد، وتوفير تجربةٍ لا تُنسى لضيوفها وسكانها.

ومن المتوقع افتتاح فندق 25 أورز قلب الخُبَر، في عام 2028، كمركزٍ ثقافيٍّ وحضريٍّ يُعيد تعريف معنى العيش في الخُبَر، كما سيضمن مجتمع قلب الخُبَر العديد من العلامات التجارية الفريدة في كلٍّ من قطاعات التجزئة، الخدمات، الترفيه والأعمال.
