«الموارد البشرية والتوطين»: 27 جهة تدعم «جائزة الإمارات للريادة في سوق العمل»

أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، أن رعاة الدورة الأولى من «جائزة الإمارات للريادة في سوق العمل» وصل عددهم حتى تاريخ الأربعاء إلى 27 جهة من كبرى شركات القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الوطنية في الدولة.
وتهدف الجائزة المعتمدة من مجلس الوزراء لتعزيز تنافسية سوق العمل، وزيادة إنتاجيته وكفاءته، وتكريم الممارسات المتميزة في مجال بيئة العمل وحماية حقوق العمالة وتحفيزها، وتعزيز مستوى رفاهية وجودة حياة القوى العاملة في منشآت القطاع الخاص.
ويدعم الجائزة من الرعاة في الفئة الماسية شركة داماك العقارية، والراعي البلاتيني مجموعة بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني وشركة «دو» إلى جانب رعاة ذهبيين وفضيين وبرونزيين وشركاء إعلاميين.
وقالت نورة المرزوقي، وكيل وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين للسياسات والاستراتيجية: «يعتبر تطوير منظومة العمل في الدولة بصورة متكاملة في صدارة أولويات القيادة الرشيدة، ويشمل هذا التطوير جميع الجوانب المتعلقة بالارتقاء بمنظومة العمل بما في ذلك تعزيز الابتكار، وتكريم المبدعين من الأفراد والشركات، وتكريس ثقافة التميز بما يضمن ريادة سوق العمل في الإمارات ويزيد من قدرته على جذب أهم العقول والكفاءات لتسهم في دعم مسيرة التنمية المستدامة في الدولة».
وأشادت المرزوقي برعاة الجائزة من شركات القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الوطنية معتبرة أن «دعمها للجائزة يؤكد مدى رسوخ المسؤولية المجتمعية لديها ووعيها بدورها كشركاء للوزارة في تعزيز التميز والابداع والابتكار في سوق العمل الاماراتي وهو ما يسهم في الارتقاء بكفاءته وتنافسيته».
من جهته، أفاد حسين سجواني، مؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة داماك العقارية، الراعي الماسي للجائزة بأن «أهداف الجائزة تنسجم مع أهداف شركة داماك التي تقدر الدور الكبير للموظفين والعمال، الذين أسهموا على مدار عقودٍ مضت في نجاح الشركة، التي ساهمت بدورها ومنذ تأسيسها في مسيرة التنمية والتطوير العمراني للدولة، وكانت شريكاً فاعلاً فيها، وذلك بمشاركة فاعلة للقوى العاملة».
وأضاف: «إن رؤية القيادة الرشيدة لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في ضوء البيئة المحفزة والمستدامة للأعمال في الدولة، كانت ولا تزال حجر الأساس لما حققته داماك من ريادة في أعمالها على المستويين المحلي والعالمي»، مشيراً الى أن «المسؤولية المجتمعية للشركة تحتم علينا المساهمة في دعم التوجهات والمبادرات الحكومية، التي يؤدي نجاحها الى تحقيق المزيد من النمو والاستدامة في بيئة الأعمال، ما ينعكس إيجاباً على أعمال الشركة ورفاهية موظفيها وتنافسيتها العالمية».

وبهذه المناسبة؛ أعرب معالي وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، عن بالغ شكره وامتنانه لهذه الرعاية الكريمة التي سيكون لها الأثر الإيجابي في دعم جهود المملكة في تعزيز الممارسات الحديثة لأسواق العمل، وفق أفضل المعايير العالمية، مؤكدًا أهمية هذه النسخة لتأسيس منظومة حوار عالمية لمناقشة الفرص والتحديات، وابتكار حلول استراتيجية تصوغ مستقبل سوق العمل وفق المستهدفات الطموحة لرؤية المملكة 2030.

ويهدف المؤتمر الذي يشارك فيه ما يزيد على 40 وزيرًا للعمل من مختلف دول العالم، إلى قيادة الحوار العالمي حول مستقبل أسواق العمل، من خلال سلسلة من الجلسات الحوارية، وورش العمل التي تجمع نخبة من الخبراء والمسؤولين والقادة من القطاع الحكومي والخاص بمشاركة أكثر من 200 متحدث يمثلون 50 دولة؛ لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات وتعزيز التعاون لدفع التغيير الإيجابي في ممارسات العمل، كما يسعى المؤتمر أيضًا إلى سد الفجوات
داخل أسواق العمل، للوصول إلى رؤى عملية تمكن أصحاب المصلحة من الاستجابة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها سوق العمل، وتوفير حلول مبتكرة تجذب أفضل المواهب، وتقدم معايير عالمية للتميز في سوق العمل، على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي.
