الأرجان تطلق الواحة رزيدنس بالشراكة مع شركة جي إس الكورية ومشروع جاردن تاور

شاركت شركة مشاريع الأرجان المتخصصة في تطوير الأحياء السكنية المتكاملة في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي (11 – 14 نوفمبر 2024 م) والمقام في مركز الرياض الدولي للمؤتمرات والمعارض-ملهم- تحت رعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان ماجد بن عبد الله الحقيل والمشاركة بعدد 6 مشاريع كبرى تضم أكثر من 5000 وحدة سكنية.

أخبار متعلقة "ماونتن ڤيو” تعلن عن أولى مشروعاتها العقارية في الرياض باستثمارات تبلغ 1.2 مليار ريال سعوديتعافي مقيم من شلل شبه كامل بعد معاناة استمرت لأكثر من شهرين قبل وصولة الى مستشفى المواساة بالدمامحيث استهلت الأرجان مشاركتها بإطلاق مشروع جاردن تاور والذي يضم 76 شقة سكنية فاخرة بإجمالي مسطحات مباني أكثر من 15 الف متر مربع. ويقع جاردن تاور في موقع استراتيجي بحي الصحافة بين طريق الملك فهد وشارع العليا والذي سيمثل ايقونة هندسية للمباني الخضراء في مدينة الرياض، كما أعلنت عن فتح باب البيع خلال الربع الأول من العام القادم لمشروعها مجمع شقق الواحة رزيدنس المشترك مع شركة جي سي الكورية والتي تعد واحده من أكبر شركات الإنشاءات في العالم، كما شهدت مشاركة الأرجان بيع المرحلة الأخيرة في مشروع شقق منازل قرطبة (1) بعد اكتمال بيع 98% من جميع الوحدات السكنية البالغة 1300 وحدة سكنية.
وبهذه المناسبة اشار الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب المهندس أياد بن عبد الرحمن البنيان الى ان الأرجان تسعى من خلال مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي في نسخته الثانية الى تطوير شراكات وتحالفات استراتيجية محلية ودولية لتقديم منتجات عقارية منوعه من أراضي مطورة ووحدات سكنية على مستوى مناطق المملكة وكذلك مواقع تجارية من مكاتب ومتاجر تساهم في نمو وتوسع فروع العلامات التجارية المحلية والعالمية.
وتعرض الأرجان في جناحها عدة مشاريع سكنية أخرى تتضمن كلاً من مشروع الواحة الخضراء الواقع في حي المونسية والذي يمتد على مساحة 712 ألف متر مربع ويحتوي على عدد1230 فيلا وشقة سكنية، مشروع منازل قرطبة (2) ويضم 551 فيلا وشقة سكنية، إضافة إلى مشروع الفرسان في الدمام بحي الفرسان ويحتوي 623 فيلا سكنية ومشروع السهول في الجبيل والذي يتضمن 1250 فيلا وشقة سكنية. كما تم توقيع ثلاث اتفاقيات تمويلية خلال فعاليات المعرض مع بنك الجزيرة، العربي كابيتال والبنك الفرنسي والتي تهدف الى تقديم حلول تمويلية خاصة لعملاء الارجان لتسهيل تملك المساكن.
الجدير بالذكر الى ان معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي سيتضمن برنامج تنظيم قمة مستقبل الحياة وآفاق عقارية ومنتدى المستثمرين المؤسسين وساحة الابتكار في التقنيات العقارية، حيث سيتحدث أكثر من 500 خبير عبر هذه المنصات ويقدمون ما يزيد عن 180 ساعة من المحتوى المتخصص في قطاع العقارات.
