"ماونتن ڤيو” تعلن عن أولى مشروعاتها العقارية في الرياض باستثمارات تبلغ 1.2 مليار ريال سعودي

أعلنت شركة "ماونتن ڤيو" المصرية الرائدة في التطوير العقاري، بالشراكة مع "مايا للتطوير والاستثمار العقاري" في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن مشروعها الأول في مدينة الرياض "وَن ماونتن ڤيو"، باستثمارات قدرها 1.2 مليار ريال (ما يعادل 320 مليون دولار)؛ وجاء ذلك خلال مُشاركتها كراعٍ ماسي في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2024، وعبر خطاب ألقاه المؤسس ورئيس مجلس الإدارة التنفيذي للشركة م.

ويتميز مشروع "وَن ماونتن ڤيو"، الواقع في شمال الرياض والمتوقع طرحه قريبا بكونه مجتمعًا سكنيًا متكاملًا، يضم 500 فيلا، وشوارع وحدائق ومساحات خضراء واسعة، إضافة إلى مركز مجتمعي "ذا لايت هاوس” الذي يقدم ورش عمل وبرامج تنمية مخصصة للسكان والزوار؛ لتعزيز مهاراتهم وتطوير شخصياتهم، فضلًا عن توفير وحدات سكنية متعددة تبدأ مساحاتها من 271 متر مربع وتصل إلى 622 متر مربع، تشمل الفلل المميزة، والفلل التنفيذية، والدوبلكس، مما يضمن تلبية مختلف متطلبات العملاء.
