تعافى مقيم من شلل شبه كامل بعد توفيق الله، ثم بجهود الطاقم الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام وذلك بعد معاناة استمرت لأكثر من شهرين.
أخبار متعلقة "دله العقارية" و"بالم هيلز".. شراكة استراتيجية في مجال التطوير العقاري والتعليم لدعم رؤية السعودية 2030بأسعار تصل 22 ألف ريال.. 4 خطوات للمشاركة في مزاد اللوحات عبر "أبشر"حيث تعرض مصاب ذكر في العقد الخامس من عمره الى شلل أقعده عن الحركة وتم نقله إلى إحدى المستشفيات الكبرى بالمنطقة ، وبعد إجراء أشعة الرنين المغناطيسي تبين وجود ورم ضخم بقاع الجمجمة الوسطى امتد إلى الجزء الخلفي منها ، مسبباً ضغط على جذع الدماغ، و الذي تسبب بدوره في استسقاء بطيني و شلل بالأطراف ، حيث اكتفى طاقم المستشفى الذي قام بتحويل المريض إلى عمل أنبوب بطيني بيروتوني لتصريف السائل النخاعي فقط ، وذلك دون المساس بالورم المعقد بسبب مكانه وحجمه وتشعبه ، وبعد مرور ما يقرب الشهرين و المريض ملقى على السرير , ولم تدخر الشركة التي ينتمي إليها المريض جهدا في البحث عن مستشفيات أخرى ليأخذ المريض حقه من الرعاية و الاهتمام، وبعد السعي الحثيث في إيجاد مستشفى يستقبل المريض كانت النتيجة رفض الكثير من مستشفيات المنطقة للحالة.

من هنا بدأت الشركة فعليا البحث في منطقة الرياض عن مستشفى يتبنى حالة المريض ولم يتم الرد بقبول للحالة من أي مستشفى خاص، وانطلاقاً من إيمانهم الكبير بالكفاءات والخبرات الطبية لديهم قام مستشفى المواساة بالدمام بقبول الحالة مطمئناً بذلك منسوبي الشركة، وأن شركة مستشفيات المواساة مستعدة أتم الاستعداد لتقديم الخدمة الطبية اللازمة وبأعلى المستويات، لاسيما في الحالات المعقدة بجراحة المخ والأعصاب.
وعند وصول المريض محولًا إلى مستشفى المواساة بالدمام تم فحص المريض سريريا وتأكد وجود شلل مع اعتماده على القسطرة البوليه بشكل كامل، وعند إجراء أشعة الرنين الملاحية تم دراسة الورم وحدوده والتي كانت ضاغطة على جذع الدماغ وأعصاب الدماغ وبالقرب من أوعية دموية في غاية الأهمية، وقد تم إيضاح الخطة العلاجية كاملة من قبل الطبيب المعالج لطبيب الشركة، ومنها في حال إذا ما تم استئصال الورم بشكل كامل فسيتم إزالة انبوب التصريف الذي لم يعد بحاجة إليه.
وقد تم إجراء العملية بإشراف الدكتور/ سلطان الصيعري – استشاري جراحة المخ والأعصاب، واستغرقت العملية قرابة الـ 12 ساعة والتي كان لقسم التخدير بإشراف الدكتور/ وائل الأثر الكبير في مرور ساعات العملية الطوال في استقرار حالة المريض تحت التخدير، والتي انعكست ايجابا على استقرار العلامات الحيوية أثناء العلملية وانتهاء العملية بكل يسر وبدون أي مضاعفات تذكر، على الرغم من وجود تداخلات جراحية سابقة.
وبفضل الله تم الانتهاء العملية واستئصال الورم بالكامل وإزالة أنبوب التصريف الذي لم يعد المريض بحاجة اليه، وتم نقل المريض بعد افاقته إلى قسم العناية المركزة العصبية للبالغين.
وبعد استقرار حالة المريض بقسم العناية، أكدت أشعة الرنين المغناطيسي استئصال الورم بشكل كامل وبدأت بعد ذلك آثار التحسن بتحريك الأطراف بشكل ملحوظ والذي انعكس على نفسيته بشكل كبير وهذا أكد ان الخطة الجراحية بأكملها كانت مدروسة بشكل صحيح ودقيق.
ونتيجة لما تحقق فقد توجه مدير الشركة وبقية الاداريين بالشركة إلى الإدارة العليا بمستشفى المواساة بالدمام لتقديم الشكر والعرفان لمسؤوليها وللطواقم الطبية المشرفة على حالة المريض.
وما زال المريض بالمستشفى بمتابعة من الأقسام الاخرى ذات العلاقة ومنها قسم التأهيل والعلاج الطبيعي، ومن المتوقع ان يعود الى حياته الطبيعية ومزاولة عمله بعد انتهاء فترة العلاج الطبيعي.
الجدير بالذكر أيضاً أن إجراء مثل هذه العمليات التي تعتبر من العمليات المعقدة جداً في مجال جراحة المخ والاعصاب ، يتطلب مهارات جراحية عالية للغاية وتقنيات متقدمة للحصول على النتائج المرجوة وهذا ما يتماشى مع رؤية شركة المواساة للخدمات الطبية في استقطاب الكفاءات والتخصصات الطبية الدقيقة مع توفير أحدث التقنيات والتجهيزات الطبية.
