نجاح عملية استئصال جذري للكلية اليمنى السرطانية لمريض سبعيني باستخدام الروبوت الجراحي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر

تمكن الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالخبر من إنهاء معاناة مريض سبعيني كان يقوم بإجراء جلسات غسيل كلوي وذلك نتيجة تعرضه لفشل كلوي مزمن، وأثناء جلسات الغسيل تم تشخيص وجود ورم من قِبل استشاريو أمراض الكلى، وعلى الفور تم تحويل المريض الى قسم المسالك البولية بالمستشفى لانهاء باقي الاجراءات الطبية واجراء الفحوصات اللازمة.

بعد الانتهاء من الاجراءات الطبية اللازمة وبالتعاون مع استشاري أمراض الكلى تم التدخل الجراحي الدقيق وذلك تحت إشراف د / أحمد خشيم – استشاري جراحة المسالك البولية وأمراض العقم والذكورة، حيث تمت العملية باستخدام جهاز الروبوت الجراحي عن طريق إجراء أربع فتحات لا تتعدى 8 مليمتر.
وبفضل الله وتوفيقه تمت العملية بنجاح مع ازالة الغدد اللمفاوية، واستخراج الكلى مع الورم والعقد اللمفاوية من فتحة اضافية يبلغ طولها حوالي 5 سم في وقت لم يتجاوز الساعتين ونصف، وكانت نسبة الدم المفقود أثناء العملية أيضا لا تتجاوز 100 مل لتر.
هذا وتمكن المريض الخروج من المستشفى بفترة وجيزة ولله الحمد، وكانت العلامات الحيوية له مستقرة بدون أي مضاعفات تذكر واستمر المريض في الحصول على جلسات الغسيل اللازمة.
