مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية تنهي استعدادها لتنظيم دورة طب الأطفال الرابعة والعشرين الشهر المقبل

أكملت مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، استعداداتها لإطلاق الدورة المكثفة لطب الأطفال في عامها الرابع والعشرين على التوالي ، والمعتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بواقع "19" ساعة تعليم طبي ، وذلك خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 7 سبتمبر 2023 م، بقاعة د.محمد كمكم بالمجمع الطبي بالعليا.
وقال الأستاذ الدكتور عبدالله الحربش نائب الرئيس التنفيذي الأول لشؤون الأطباء بمجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية ورئيس الدورة ، أن الدورة ستعقد لمدة خمسة أيام وسيشارك فيها "19" متحدثاُ من أساتذة واستشاريي طب الأطفال ، ليقدموا "20" محاضرة وحلقات نقاشية .
وأوضح أن هذه الدورة تستهدف أطباء الأطفال ، وأطباء الزمالة ، والمتقدمين للحصول على الزمالات السعودية والعربية والبريطانية ، من أجل تعزيز قدراتهم ومهاراتهم العلمية.
وأضاف أ.د.الحربش أن اللجنة العلمية المنظمة للدورة ، تعكف على توفير كافة مقومات النجاح والمتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق الفائدة المرجوة من إقامة هذه الدورة ، حيث سيتم خلال المحاضرات ، مناقشة أحدث الطرق التشخيصية والعلاجية والدراسات المتخصصة وذات الصلة بطب الأطفال.

كشفت وزارة التعليم عن تفاصيل وآلية ”تسكين“ الموظفين على الهيكل التنظيمي المعتمد عبر نظام ”فارس“، مؤكدة أن هذه الخطوة تمثل متطلباً أساسياً ضمن مشروع التحول المؤسسي الذي تنفذه الوزارة.

وأوضحت الوزارة أن عملية التسكين ترتكز على تحديد المرجعية الإدارية الدقيقة لكل موظف وتوثيق المهام التي يؤديها فعلياً، بحيث يعكس موقعه في النظام واقعه العملي. وتكمن الأهداف الرئيسية لهذه الخطوة في تطبيق الهيكل التنظيمي المعتمد، ورفع مستوى الحوكمة والمساءلة، وضمان توزيع الموظفين بما يتوافق مع الاحتياج الفعلي للإدارات، بالإضافة إلى ربط الصلاحيات الممنوحة بالأدوار الفعلية التي يمارسها الموظفون.
وشددت الوزارة على أن عملية التسكين هي إجراء تنظيمي بحت ولا يترتب عليها أي تأثير على الوضع الوظيفي أو المالي للموظفين.
وأكدت أن الأهداف الوظيفية المعتمدة مسبقاً، والمسميات الوظيفية، والرواتب، والدرجات، والبدلات، وجميع المزايا المالية ستظل كما هي دون أي تغيير. كما أوضحت أن إجراءات الترقيات المعتمدة ستستمر وفق اللوائح المعمول بها، ولن تتأثر بالتسكين.
وفي سياق متصل، أشارت الوزارة إلى أن الموظفين المكلفين بأعمال في إدارات أخرى سيستمرون في أداء مهامهم وفقاً لقرارات التكليف الصادرة لهم حتى انتهاء مدتها، مؤكدة أن ”التسكين“ لا يرتبط بإجراءات النقل أو الندب أو الإعارة.
وحذرت الوزارة من أن الموظف الذي لا يتم استكمال إجراءات تسكينه لن يتمكن من الاستفادة من الخدمات الذاتية المتاحة عبر نظام ”فارس“، مؤكدة على ضرورة إنهاء الإدارات لعمليات التسكين في المهل المحددة لضمان عدم تعطل الخدمات الإلكترونية المقدمة للمنسوبين.
وستتولى الإدارة العامة لعمليات الموارد البشرية بالوزارة، بالتعاون مع إدارات الموارد البشرية في إدارات التعليم، الإشراف على تحديث الأدوار الفعلية للموظفين.
