مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُجري عملية بـ "الروبوت الجراحي" لإنهاء معاناة سبعيني مع المشي والحركة

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية متقدمة بتقنية الروبوت الجراحي "Robotic Surgery"، لإنهاء معاناة مراجع في العقد السابع من العمر، يشكو من آلام حادة ومزمنة بمفاصل الركبة، ومحدودية الحركة وصعوبة شديدة بالمشي ، الأمر الذي أعاقه عن أداء أنشطته اليومية. ذكر ذلك الدكتور محمد سكيك استشاري طب وجراحة العظام واستبدال المفاصل، الحاصل على الزمالة البريطانية والكندية رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

والذي أضاف بأن المراجع وصل العيادة على كرسي متحرك، وعند الإستماع إلى شكواه والإطلاع على ملفه الطبي، تبين أنه بدأ يشعر بالألم في مفصل الركبة اليسرى منذ خمس سنوات مضت، وقدرته على المشي لا تزيد عن 3 دقائق فقط، وزادت معه حدة الأعراض حتى أصيب بانتفاخ في الرجل نتيجة تجمع السوائل وشعوره بعدم ثبات المفصل وإنفلاته عن موضعه عند الرغبة بالمشي، كما أنه خضع سابقاً لعمليات تثبيت فقرات أسفل الظهر.

وقال الدكتور سكيك بناءاُ على أعراض المراجع، تم إخضاعه لحزمة من الفحوصات بالأشعة السينية الرقمية (Digital X-Rays) والفحوصات المخبرية، والتي كشفت عن وجود تصلب شديد في مفصل الركبة وتأكل كامل في الغضاريف المحيطة، وكذلك احتكاك شديد من الدرجة الرابعة، كما أن حركة فرد وثني الركبة تترواح ما بين 10 إلى 90 درجة، فضلاً عن معاناته مع مجموعة من الأمراض المزمنة مثل الضغط والسكر والكوليسترول والنقرس، وكذلك مشاكل في القلب، وهو الأمر الذي شكل تحدياً أمام الفريق الطبي المعالج.

مضيفاً بأنه عقب انتهاء الفريق الطبي من دراسة كافة نتائج الفحوصات، قرروا التدخل الجراحي العاجل، ووضع حد لمعاناة المراجع والحيلولة دون إصابته بمزيد من الأعراض الحادة، مشيراً إلى أنه بعد إتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة، خضع المراجع لعملية متقدمة بتقنيات الروبوت الجراحي استغرقت ساعة ونصف، وتم فيها تزويد النظام بالمعلومات الخاصة بالمراجع، حيث يقوم الروبوت برفع قياسات مفصل الركبة وتحديد المفصل الصناعي المناسب، مما يمنح الحالة نتائج تعاف عالية الدقة، وبما يتناسب مع بنية الركبة والأنسجة المحيطة بها.

وأكد الدكتور محمد سكيك على أن جهود الفريق الطبي تكللت بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، حيث استطاع المراجع المشي في نفس يوم العملية وخلال 3 ساعات فقط من الجراحة، كما أنه تلقى رعاية طبية فائقة لمدة 3 أيام خرج بعدها إلى منزله وهو يمشي على قدميه، وقد انتهت لديه مشكلة الألم، وعاد ليمارس حياته بصورة طبيعية.

وفي ختام حديثه قال الدكتور محمد سكيك أن استخدام تقنيات الروبوت الجراحي المتطورة في عمليات استبدال المفاصل، أصبحت توفر مميزات عدة أبرزها الدقة العالية والإتقان الشديد عند زراعة المفاصل الصناعية وتركيبها في موضعها الصحيح، الأمر الذي يساهم في سرعة التشافي وتقليل الألم ما بعد العمليات، فضلاً عن تحقيق الثبات والتوازن والمرونة العالية اثتاء الحركة والمشي، وكذلك المحافظة على الأنسجة المحيطة بمنطقة الجراحة وضمان عمراً أطول للمفصل الصناعي.
