ئيس مجلس القيادة يصل القاهرة للمشاركة في المنتدى الحضري العالمي

وصل الرئيس الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليوم الاحد، جمهورية مصر العربية بدعوة من اخيه فخامة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي للمشاركة في افتتاح النسخة الثانية عشرة من المنتدى الحضري العالمي الذي تنطلق اعماله في القاهرة غدا الاثنين، برعاية الأمم المتحدة.
وكان في استقبال رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي والوفد المرافق له في مطار القاهرة وزير العمل المصري محمد جبران، وسفير الجمهورية اليمنية لدى جمهورية مصر العربية خالد محفوظ بحاح، والقائم بأعمال مندوب اليمن الدائم لدى الجامعة العربية الدكتور علي موسى، وعدد من اعضاء السفارة، والمندوبية.
ومن المقرر ان يتحدث رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي بكلمة الى المنتدى يستعرض فيها جهود التنمية المحلية، والضغوط والتحديات البنيوية، والتمويلية التي فرضتها حرب المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية على الشعب اليمني، وما الحقته من دمار هائل في البنى التحتية والخدمات الاساسية، واجبار ملايين اليمنيين على النزوح بعيدا عن ديارهم.
كما سيتطرق الرئيس الى اثار المتغيرات المناخية وتداعياتها الكارثية، والدور المعول على الحلفاء الاقليميين، والشركاء الدوليين في دعم جهود اعادة الاعمار، وخطط الحكومة في الجوانب الاسكانية والخدمية والاستجابة للاحتياجات المطلوبة للتخفيف من اثار التغيرات المناخية ومواكبة الجهود العالمية الرامية إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
ويضم وفد اليمن المشارك في المنتدى، مدير مكتب رئاسة الجمهورية الدكتور يحيى الشعيبي، ومستشار رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي نصر طه مصطفى، ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين الدكتور شائع الزنداني، ووزير الاشغال العامة والطرق المهندس سالم الحريزي.
وينعقد المنتدي الذي سجل فيه هذا العام نحو ثلاثين الف مشارك تحت شعار: “كل شيء يبدأ محليا ـ لنعمل معا من أجل مدن ومجتمعات مستدامة”، بهدف تعزيز الحوار حول كيفية جعل المدن أكثر شمولا ومرونة واستدامة، وذلك من خلال مشاركة التجارب والأفكار من مختلف الاطراف، بما في ذلك الحكومات والمجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، والخبراء والاستشاريين في كافة المجالات

وأكد فهد البياهي، قائد أبحاث برنامج الاتزان الرقمي "سينك"، أهمية التعاون ما بين برنامج "سينك" ومؤسسة منظمة الصحة العالمية في تحقيق رؤية البرنامج خلال مشاركته في اللقاء الأول لتجمع الصحة الإلكتروني وهو مبادرة عالمية تسعى إلى تكوين بيئة رقمية صحية بمشاركة المنظومات المختلفة، حيث قال: "لا يمكن لأي دولة بأن تحد من الآثار السلبية للتقنية بمفردها، لاسيما أن التقنية والعالم الرقمي ذوا طابع عالمي".
واستعرض البياهي ما يتعلق في أوجه التعاون لبيانات وإحصاءات صادرة من مؤشر الاتزان الرقمي العالمي والتي تشير إلى تعاون جهود العديد من الدول في العمل على تقليل النتائج السلبية للتقنية مع التركيز على محاربة المعلومات المضللة، قائلًا: "هناك تقدم كبير وملحوظ في هذا المجال ولكننا يجب أن نبذل جهد أكبر في نشر هذه التقارير عبر دول العالم".
