هيئة التفتيش القضائي تنفذ نزولًا ميدانيًا إلى محاكم محافظة إب

نفذت هيئة التفتيش القضائي، اليوم، نزولًا ميدانيًا، للتفتيش على أعمال محاكم محافظة إب واستقبال شكاوى المواطنين، وفقًا لتوجيهات رئيس الهيئة وخطة دائرة التفتيش المفاجئ للدورة الثانية من العام 1446هـ.
ففي المجمع القضائي، التقت لجنة التفتيش برئاسة القاضي، صادق سرحاني، رئيس محكمة استئناف محافظة إب القاضي ساري العجيلي وقضاة والاستئناف ومحكمتي شرق وغرب إب والجزائية الابتدائية.
ووجه رئيس استئناف المحافظة، قضاة وموظفي المحاكم بالتعاون مع اللجنة وتسهيل مهامها الهادفة تقييم وتقويم العمل بالمحاكم للارتقاء بالأداء القضائي وتقريب العدالة من المواطنين.
بدوره أكد رئيس اللجنة أن هيئة التفتيش تسعى من خلال هذه الأعمال إلى مساعدة القضاة للقيام بدورهم في سرعة البت بالقضايا، وتلافي الأخطاء، ومعالجة جوانب القصور، والقدرة على تطبيق التعديلات القانونية المتصلة بعمل السلطة القضائية.
واستمعت اللجنة بحضور رئيس دائرة شؤون التفتيش المفاجئ القاضي زيد الحمزي، ومدير إدارة التفتيش المفاجئ فيصل المليكي، إلى مشاكل وتطلعات القضاة في التغلب على التحديات الراهنة، سيما كثافة الوارد من القضايا.
كما التقت اللجنة بالمواطنين والمحامين واستمعت إلى شكاويهم ومقترحاتهم لتطوير العمل وإنجاز المعاملات والبت بالقضايا ومكافحة الفساد.
واطلعت اللجنة على نسبة إنجاز القضايا وسجلات قيدها وكفاءة أقلام الكتاب في استقبال الدعاوى، ومستوى الانضباط في عقد الجلسات ومدة التأجيل بين كل جلسة وأخرى، ومدى الالتزام بالإجراءات المتعلقة بإصدار الأحكام وتنفيذها، ومدونة السلوك القضائي.
