عاجل:- توقف الخدمات البنكية في مصر بسبب التوقيت الشتوي 2024: تحديثات هامة للعملاء

أعلنت عدة بنوك في مصر عن توقف مؤقت لبعض الخدمات البنكية اعتبارًا من منتصف ليل الخميس 31 أكتوبر 2024، وذلك بالتزامن مع بدء تطبيق التوقيت الشتوي في البلاد.
جاء هذا الإعلان في رسالة نصية أرسلتها البنوك إلى عملائها، موضحة تفاصيل توقف الخدمات والتوقيت الجديد.
تفاصيل الرسالة من البنوك إلى العملاءتضمنت الرسالة التي أرسلتها البنوك ما يلي:
"عميلنا العزيز، نود إعلامكم أنه بنهاية يوم الخميس 31 أكتوبر 2024، سينتهي العمل بالتوقيت الصيفي.
ستقوم البنوك بتحديث توقيت أنظمتها ليتماشى مع تطبيق التوقيت الشتوي الذي يبدأ اعتبارًا من منتصف ليل اليوم الخميس.
وستتوقف بعض الخدمات المصرفية لفترة زمنية قصيرة تقدر بـ 30 دقيقة تقريبًا، لضمان تحديث الأنظمة البنكية بنجاح دون أي مشكلات.
توصيات للعملاءاختتمت الرسالة بتوجيه نصيحة للعملاء لضبط توقيت أجهزتهم على التوقيت الشتوي الجديد قبل إجراء أي معاملات بنكية لتجنب أي مشكلات في الاستخدام.
وجاء في الرسالة: "يرجى التأكد من ضبط أجهزتكم على التوقيت الحديث قبل إجراء أي معاملة بنكية." ووجه البنك شكره للعملاء على تفهمهم قائلًا: "شكرًا لتفهمكم."
تأثير التحديث البنكي على العملاءقد يواجه العملاء تأخيرًا في إتمام بعض المعاملات البنكية الإلكترونية خلال فترة التحديث، لذا يُنصح بترتيب أي معاملات هامة مسبقًا قبل بدء فترة التوقف.
يمثل هذا التحديث البنكي جزءًا من عملية التحول إلى التوقيت الشتوي، حيث يتم تأخير الساعة القانونية بمقدار 60 دقيقة، من أجل الاستفادة من ضوء النهار وتوفير الطاقة.
