أدير العقارية" تحقق مبيعات بقيمة 356 مليون ريال في مزاد "تيجان الكورنيش" بالخبر

حقق مزاد "تيجان الكورنيش" الذي نظمته شركة "أدير العقارية" في قاعة المها بفندق كمبينسكي العثمان بالخبر بتاريخ 30 أكتوبر 2024م، نجاحًا باهرًا محققًا مبيعات إجمالية بلغت 356,920,697.43 مليون ريال (شامل قيمة التصرفات العقارية والسعي).

من جانبه، أعرب "سليمان الحربي" نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية" عن سعادته بهذا النجاح، مؤكدًا أن أرض "تيجان الكورنيش" تعد إضافة نوعية لسوق العقارات في المنطقة الشرقية، بفضل موقعها الاستراتيجي في حي السيف الراقي والفريد.
وأضاف "الحربي" أن هذا النجاح يعكس ثقة المستثمرين في "أدير العقارية" وحرصها على تقديم أفضل الفرص العقارية التي تلبي تطلعاتهم، ويتماشى مع رؤية الشركة في تعزيز مكانة المملكة كوجهة استثمارية جاذبة.
