الصندوق السيادي السعودي يهدف لخفض حصة استثماراته الدولية

قال محافظ صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي ياسر الرميان اليوم الثلاثاء إن صندوق الثروة السيادي يهدف إلى خفض حصة استثماراته الدولية بمقدار الثلث تقريباً، مع استغلال المملكة لمواردها لتمويل خططها الرامية إلى تحويل اقتصادها بعيداً عن الاعتماد على النفط.وأضاف الرميان خلال مؤتمر مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار المنعقد في الرياض إن الصندوق يركز أكثر على الاقتصاد المحلي ويهدف لخفض الاستثمارات الدولية إلى نطاق يتراوح بين 18 و20 بالمئة من 30 بالمئة حالياً.
وتحضر شخصيات بارزة من عالم المال والأعمال والتكنولوجيا مؤتمر مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار في السعودية، والذي يشكل فرصة للحاضرين لبناء علاقات مع بعض من أكبر الشركات في السعودية وصندوق الثروة السيادي الذي تبلغ قيمة الأصول التي يديرها 925 مليار دولار.
ومن المحتمل أن يشكل المؤتمر هذا العام اختباراً أيضاً لإقبال المستثمرين على التحول الاقتصادي في المملكة في وقت تتزايد فيه المخاوف من اتساع رقعة الصراع في الشرق الأوسط. وصندوق الثروة السيادي هو الأداة المفضلة لولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان لتحويل الاقتصاد السعودي بعيداً عن الاعتماد على النفط، إذ يستثمر مئات المليارات من الدولارات لتطوير قطاعات جديدة وإيجاد مصادر دخل أكثر استدامة.
أخبار ذات صلةومع ذلك قلص الصندوق بعض «المشروعات العملاقة» الرائدة بسبب ارتفاع التكاليف. وأشار الرميان إلى أن هناك تحولاً في الطريقة التي يضع بها الصندوق استثماراته نحو مشروعات مشتركة مع شركات دولية ومحلية. وقال «الآن نشهد تحول الأشخاص الذين يريدون منا الاستثمار أو أخذ أموالنا لاستثمارها إلى الاستثمارات المشتركة».
ومن ناحية أخرى، قال وزير الاستثمار السعودي خالد الفالح اليوم الثلاثاء إن عدد الشركات التي لديها مقرات إقليمية في المملكة وصل إلى 540، بزيادة عن العدد الذي كان مستهدفا بحلول 2030 وهو 500. وأضاف الفالح خلال المؤتمر «كان هدفنا 500 مقر إقليمي بحلول عام 2030. ويسعدني أن أعلن أننا وصلنا إلى 540 مقراً إقليميا بحلول هذا الصباح».
وأضاف «بعضها شركات كبرى متعددة الجنسيات وستعلن كل منها بشكل فردي عن مقراتها الإقليمية». ولا يزال النفط عماد الاقتصاد السعودي، وقال وزير الطاقة الأمير عبد العزيز بن سلمان اليوم الثلاثاء في المؤتمر نفسه إن المملكة «ملتزمة» بالحفاظ على طاقة إنتاج النفط الخام عند 12.3 مليون برميل يومياً.
ومن بين الشخصيات البارزة التي شاركت في المؤتمر اليوم ستيفان بانسل الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة موديرنا وروث بورات رئيسة ألفابت وعدد من المسؤولين التنفيذيين ببنوك كبرى من بينها سيتي وجولدمان ساكس ومورجان ستانلي.

من جهته، صرح خالد ياسين، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة المتحدة للأدوية: " نحن فخورون بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية، التي تشكل خطوة استراتيجية نحو تطوير عملياتنا المالية وتعزيز علاقاتنا مع شركائنا. ستساهم هذه المبادرة بشكل كبير في تحسين إدارة السيولة لدينا، مما يتيح لنا زيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية ودعم خطط التوسع بمرونة وفعالية أكبر."
من جانبه، أكد الدكتور محمد عبدالوهاب المصري، المدير المالي لشركة المتحدة للأدوية، على أهمية هذه الخطوة قائلاً: "توفّر هذه الاتفاقية حلولًا مالية مبتكرة تسهم في تقليل التعقيدات التشغيلية وتعزيز الكفاءة في عمليات الدفع وإدارة رأس المال العامل. نحن سعداء بهذه الشراكة مع الأول، التي تعكس التزامنا بالابتكار المالي وتقديم قيمة مضافة لموردينا وعملائنا."
