الوطنية للإسكان NHC تفوز بجائزتين في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية

سلّم معالي وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي للوطنية للإسكان الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي جائزة الشركة الأعلى مساهمة في المنصة الوطنية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وجائزة المركز الأول لشركات قطاع الإسكان للمسؤولية الاجتماعية وذلك في نسختها الأولى على هامش حفل جائزة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مدينة الرياض.

وحصدت الوطنية للإسكان NHC الجائزتين التي أطلقتها وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية تقديرًا لجهودها البارزة في تقديم مساهمات مجتمعية تدعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزز من جودة الحياة. ويأتي هذا الفوز نتيجة للممارسات والمبادرات المجتمعية الفعّالة التي تقودها الشركة في مشاريعها العمرانية المتكاملة، مما يجعلها نموذجًا يحتذى به في تطوير بيئات سكنية نابضة بالحياة وذات روح مجتمعية.

وتولي الوطنية للإسكان اهتماماً بالغاً في تحقيق جودة الحياة، ضمن إستراتيجيتها البيئية والاجتماعية والمعيشية، وذلك عبر إضافة المسطحات الخضراء الواسعة في مخططاتها السكنية بمساحاتٍ إجمالية تتخطى 10 مليون مترٍ مربعٍ. والتي تتضمن حدائق ومتنزهات عائلية تمثل متنفساً طبيعياً وتضفي جمالاً خلابًا وحيوية للمجتمع السكني، فضلًا عن توفير خيارات أكثر حيوية تعزز من أنماط الحياة الإيجابية، وتزيد من تفاعل السكان مع المجتمع.
الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وتُعتبر أكبر مطور رئيسي للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة التي تتسم بجودة الحياة، حيث تستهدف الوصول إلى أكثر من 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بحلول نهاية 2025م في 9 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات سكنية على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2 وتتسع لأكثر من مليون ونصف مواطن. وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق المعايير العالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%
