توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين جامعة النيل ومؤسسة بصيرة وجامعة ويسترن ميتشجان

وقعت جامعة النيل، برئاسة الدكتور وائل عقل، مذكرة تفاهم مع مؤسسة بصيرة لذوي الاحتياجات البصرية، وجامعة ويسترن ميتشجان بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
جاء ذلك في إطار حرص جامعة النيل على تقديم مختلف الفرص التعليمية التي تلائم كل أطياف المجتمع.
تهدف بنود التعاون إلى مساعدة ذوي الإعاقات البصرية من خلال تقديم مجموعة من الدبلومات والدورات التعليمية الخاصة بهم، وتأهيل من يتعاملون معهم في مختلف المجالات على التعايش بشكل طبيعي، وكذلك تأهيل العاملين في مجال رعاية المكفوفين وضعاف البصر لزيادة فرصهم في الحصول على التعليم الجيد.
وقع مذكرة التفاهم من طرف جامعة النيل الدكتورة نيفين عبد الخالق، عميد كلية التعليم المستمر، ومن مؤسسة بصيرة الدكتورة دعاء مبروك، رئيس مجلس أمناء مؤسسة بصيرة لذوي الإحتياجات البصرية، ومن جامعة ويسترن ميتشجان بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، الدكتورة كاثلين زيدر، و البروفيسور روبرت إيمرسون، وذلك في حضور الدكتور وائل عقل، رئيس جامعة النيل.
ورحبت الدكتورة نيفين عبد الخالق، عميد كلية التعليم المستمر، في جامعة النيل، بالتعاون مع الأطراف الشريكة، ومؤكدة أن مذكرة التفاهم تأتي في إطار حرص جامعة النيل على تقديم كل الفرص التي من شأنها مساعدة المجتمع على التعامل مع الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بشكل عام، وأصحاب الإعاقات البصرية بشكل خاص، من أجل إعدادهم لسوق العمل، ومن منطلق أن الإعاقة ليست عائق أمام تحقيق النجاح المهني، مشيرة إلى أن مذكرة التفاهم يقتضي العمل بتنفيذ ما جاء بها بداية من شهر يناير من العام المقبل 2025 على أن يتم عقد الدورات التدريبية والدبلومات المقررة بمقر جامعة النيل الأهلية بالشيخ زايد.

وتحدد مذكرة التفاهم إطارًا شاملاً للتعاون يشمل تطوير المسارات الجوية، من خلال التوسع في رحلات الشحن بين تشنغتشو والرياض، كما تنص الاتفاقية على اعتماد استراتيجية المراكز المزدوجة، بحيث تشكل كل من الرياض وتشنغتشو محورًا يربط القارات الأربع؛ لتحسين انسيابية الشحن وتقليص أوقات العبور.

وأوضح المهندس لؤي مشعبي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة السعودية للشحن، قائلاً: "تشكل مذكرة التفاهم مع مجموعة الصين (CHAGC) مرحلة هامة في مسيرة التوسع الاستراتيجي للشركة، وتأكيدًا على التزامنا بدعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030. عبر بناء جسر جوي متكامل بين الرياض وتشنغتشو، وأضاف، ندشن اليوم آفاقًا جديدة للتجارة، وتعزيز نمو التجارة الإلكترونية بين المملكة ودول العالم تأكيدا لحضورنا العالمي كأحدى أبرز شركات الشحن الجوي العالمية. وكلنا ثقة بأن تعاوننا سيدفع الابتكار، ويعزز الكفاءة، ويحقق قيمة مضافة لعملائنا".
من جهته أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة خنان الصينية للطيران (CHAGC)، السيد تشانغ مينغتشاو، على الإمكانات التعاونية الكبيرة التي تتيحها المملكة العربية السعودية في مجالات الطيران . قائلاً: "مع التكامل المتزايد لسلسلة الصناعات الجوية التابعة لمجموعة خنان الصينية للطيران، يمكننا تطوير نماذج تعاونية متنوعة." وأشار إلى أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم الاستراتيجية الجديدة "المحور المزدوج" يفتح آفاقًا واسعة للتعاون الاستراتيجي الشامل، مشيرا إلى أن مجموعة خنان للطيران ستعمل على تعزيز التنسيق مع الخطوط السعودية للشحن للارتقاء بـ "طريق الحرير الجوي" بين تشنغتشو والرياض، وذلك بمتابعة من سلطات الطيران المدني في كلا البلدين. وأكد أن هذه الخطوة ستعزز دعم المسارات الجوية للتجارة الثنائية وستدفع بالتعاون في مجالات أنظمة محاكاة الطيران، والتدريب على الطيران، وتأجير الطائرات، وغيرها.
