السجن 17 عاماً لمواطن ومواطنة حاولا ترويج 100 حبة مخدرة /عاجل

صرح مصدر مسؤول في النيابة العامة أن نيابة المخدرات أنهت تحقيقاتها بتوجيه الاتهام لمواطن ومواطنة بحيازة المخدرات بقصد الترويج.

وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق قيام المذكورين بإعداد أحد الاستراحات لترويج المخدرات والتي تبين بعد تفتيشها العثور على قرابة (100) حبة من المؤثرات العقلية، وكمية من الحشيش المخدر، وأدوات توزيعها ووزنها.

وبإيقافهما وإحالتهما للمحكمة المختصة وتقديم الأدلة على اتهامهما، صدر حكم يقضي بإدانتهما بما نسب إليهما وسجن المواطن مدة (12) سنة، والمواطنة مدة (5) سنوات، وتغريمهما مبلغ (100.000 ريال) .

وشدد المصدر على مضي النيابة العامة بالتعاون مع الجهات الأمنية في حماية المجتمع من هذه الآفة الخطيرة التي تهدد الأمن والصحة، وستقدم كل من تسول له نفسه ترويج المخدرات للمحكمة المختصة للمطالبة بالعقوبات المشددة في هذا الشأن.
