"الوداد" تستعرض تجاربها في التحول الرقمي ضمن ملتقى التحول الرقمي للقطاع غير الربحي بالشرقية

شاركت جمعية الوداد لرعاية الأيتام في ملتقى التحول الرقمي للقطاع غير الربحي الذي أقيم اليوم برعاية وتشريف صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في 4 مسارات "الجلسات الحوارية، ورش العمل، معمل نقل التجربة، والمعرض التعريفي"، لإبراز الممارسات والتطبيقات في مجال التحول الرقمي لمنظمات القطاع غير الربحي.

وقد استعرضت جمعية الوداد لرعاية الأيتام في الملتقى تجربتها في التحول الرقمي لخدمات المستفيدين من خلال تأسيس نظام حاضن وهو نظام تقني مربوط ببوابة وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، يتم من خلاله فرز وتصنيف ومتابعة كافة إجراءات الأسر المتقدمة للاحتضان بكل يسر وسهولة، بالإضافة إلى كافة الإجراءات المرتبطة بالطفل اليتيم والأسرة المحتضنة ومتابعتها في عملية مؤتمتة بالكامل .

كما شاركت الجمعية في تقديم ورشة عمل عنوانها " التسويق الالكتروني " وأثره على القطاع غير الربحي، وكيفية تحسين أداء المتجر الالكتروني في محركات البحث والمهارات المطلوبة لبناء فريق التسويق الالكتروني داخليًا.
