أطلقت شركة لولو ، التي تدير للتجزئة القابضة واحدة من أكبر سلاسل الهايبر ماركت في الشرق الأوسط، طرحًا عامًا أوليًا يوم الاثنين،
googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1600588014572-0'); }); والذي يقول المصرفيون إنه قد يكون الأكبر في الإمارات العربية المتحدة هذا العام. يأتي هذا الطرح من قبل التكتل الذي يدير أكثر من 240 متجرًا في الدول الست التابعة لمجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال طفرة في الإنفاق على التجزئة في المنطقة، مما يحفز الإدراجات المحلية من قبل الشركات في هذا القطاع.

تأسست شركة لولو في عام 1974 على يد رجل الأعمال الهندي يوسف علي، وتنضم إلى شركات المتاجر الأخرى التي تم إدراجها، مثل سبينس الإماراتية هذا العام، وشركة بن داود القابضة السعودية في عام 2020. وقالت لولو في وثيقة الطرح العام الأولي إنها تهدف إلى الحفاظ على نسبة توزيع أرباح إجمالية تبلغ 75% من الأرباح السنوية القابلة للتوزيع بعد الضرائب، وأن يتم توزيع الأرباح مرتين في السنة، وفقًا للمعايير ذات الصلة. وبلغت إيرادات النصف الأول من هذا العام 3.9 مليار دولار، بزيادة قدرها 5.6% على أساس سنوي، بينما ارتفعت الإيرادات السنوية في عام 2023 بنسبة 5.6% لتصل إلى 7.3 مليار دولار.
كانت الزيادة السنوية في الإيرادات مدفوعة بشكل أساسي بنمو المبيعات من المتاجر القائمة والتوسع الإضافي لشبكة متاجر المجموعة، بالإضافة إلى النمو من قناتها عبر الإنترنت. وبلغت الأرباح الأساسية في النصف الأول من عام 2024 حوالي 391 مليون دولار، بزيادة قدرها 4.3% على أساس سنوي. وارتفعت الأرباح الأساسية السنوية في عام 2023 بنسبة 7.2% لتصل إلى 753 مليون دولار.
تعد مجموعة لولو أكبر بائع تجزئة شامل مع متاجر في جميع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من حيث مساحة البيع والمبيعات وعدد المتاجر في عام 2023. وكانت المجموعة ثاني أكبر بائع تجزئة للمواد الغذائية في الإمارات وأكبرها في عمان وقطر والبحرين والكويت وأسرع بائع تجزئة نمواً وأكبر بائع تجزئة شامل في المملكة العربية السعودية، وفقًا لمستشاري السوق. وتتمتع حاليًا بحضور قوي متعدد القنوات في شكل 3 تنسيقات - الهايبر ماركت والمتاجر السريعة والأسواق الصغيرة.
بحلول أغسطس 2024، كانت المجموعة تدير 240 متجرًا، تضم 116 هايبر ماركت، و102 متجر سريع، و22 سوق صغير مع 103 متاجر تقع في الإمارات، و56 في السعودية و81 في الأسواق الأخرى. بلغت مساحة البيع الإجمالية للمجموعة اعتبارًا من 31 ديسمبر 2023 حوالي 1.3 مليون متر مربع، وهو ما يعادل حوالي 3 مرات مساحة البيع المتوسطة لنظرائها المدرجين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. وخدمت الشركة في المتوسط أكثر من 600,000 متسوق يوميًا في عام 2023. وتقوم بتوريد المنتجات من 85 دولة، وتدير شبكة من 21 مركز توزيع في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي لدعم عملياتها في التجزئة.
قال يوسف علي، مؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة لولو للتجزئة، إن الشركة التي تأسست في عام 1974 قد تجاوزت توقعاتها الخاصة حيث تدير أكثر من 240 متجرًا عبر ست دول في مجلس التعاون الخليجي. “جزء لا يتجزأ من نمونا هو رؤية وطموح دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي حيث يمكن للقيادة الوطنية القوية تمكين الاتجاهات الديموغرافية والاستهلاكية الإيجابية ودفع النمو الاقتصادي المثير للإعجاب. نتطلع إلى الترحيب بالمساهمين الجدد في لولو ونحن متأكدون من أنهم سيشاركوننا شغفنا بالشركة وحماسنا للمستقبل”،.
