لأول مرة..إجراء جراحة لاستئصال البروستاتا بالتبخير في " السنبلاوين العام " في الدقهلية

أعلن الدكتور تامر مدكور وكيل وزارة الصحة فى الدقهلية، نجاح فريق طبي من أمهر الجراحين بمستشفى السنبلاوين في إجراء عملية لاستئصال البروستاتا لأحد المرضي بالمنظار باستخدام تنقية التبخير بلازما، لافتًا إلى أن هذه العملية تعد هي الأولى من نوعها التي يتم إجراؤها بالمستشفى .
وأضاف وكيل الوزارة أن مستشفى السنبلاوين العام قد استقبلت حالة لشخص مسن يبلغ من العمر 65عاما بعيادة الجراحة يعانى من تضخم شيخوخي بالبروستاتا واحتباس بولى وعقب عمل الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة والإشاعات المطلوبة، وبناء على النتائج تم اتخاذ قرار باستئصال البروستاتا بالمنظار باستخدام تنقية التبخير،بلازما.
فيما أوضح الدكتور أحمد البيلى وكيل المديرية للطب العلاجى أن هذه أول حالة لإستئصال البروستاتا بالتبخير فى مستشفيات صحة الدقهلية وأن الجهازيقوم باستئصال الجزء المتضخم من البروستاتا داخل العملية وتبخيرها وهي تعطي نتائج مرضية.محذرًا من إهمال المريض لتضخم البروستاتا والتي تزيد مع تقدم السن فوق ال 50 عاما فإهمالها يؤدي لأرتجاع على الكلى ويسبب فشل كلوي.
وأعرب وكيل الوزارة عن شكره لفريق الجراحة ولإدارة المستشفى وفى مقدمتهم الدكتور أحمد بدران مدير المستشفى والدكتور وائل شحاته استشارى ورئيس قسم المسالك، متمنيًا لهم المزيد من النجاح ومطالبًا ببذل المزيد من الجهد والعطاء، للمساهمة في رفع كفاءة المنظومة الصحية، والإرتقاء بمستوى الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى والمواطنين،

وشدد أ. د. العُمري على أن هذا الإنجاز يمثل حافزاً قوياً للمضي قدماً في تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة والتحسين المستمر على المستوى الطبي والفني وكذلك الإداري، وصولاً إلى أحد أهم الأهداف الإستراتيجية الخاصة بالمجموعة، بأن تكون الأفضل من بين مقدمي الرعاية الصحية، والأكثر موثوقية على مستوى الشرق الأوسط، مشيراً أنها شغلت مؤخراً مستشفى صحة المرأة بالرياض التي تقدم خدمات صحية شاملة ومتكاملة وفق أعلى المعايير.
وفي ختام حديثه أشاد أ. د. العُمري بالجهود المؤثرة للمركز السعودي لسلامة المرضى في رفع مستوى الوعي والمعرفة بسلامة المرضى، وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات لجميع الممارسين الصحيين والمنشآت الصحية في المملكة ذات الصلة.
