توتر جديد بين أطباء القطاع العام والحكومة

تعود أجواء التوتر مجددا بين الحكومة والنقابة المستقلة لأطباء القطاع العام، بعد إعلانها عن شن مجموعة من الأشكال الاحتجاجية وعلى رأسها « الامتناع عن تسليم جميع أنواع الشواهد الطبية باستثناء شواهد الرخص المرضية المصاحبة للعلاج، ومقاطعة برنامج اوزيكس والبرامج المشابهة له، ومقاطعة حملة الصحة المدرسية والحملات الجراحية والقوافل الطبية، والتقارير الدورية وسجلات المرتفقين والاجتماعات الإدارية.
وأبرزت النقابة أن موقف رفضها التوقيع على « الاتفاق العليل » في يوليوز الماضي مع الحكومة، اتضح اليوم جليا للجميع دواعيه، حيث لم تمر سوى ثلاثة أشهر ما وصفناه بـ « اتفاق الخديعة الذي لم يكن سوى مقدمة لهدم أحد أهم أعمدة الإصلاح ألا وهي تثمين الموارد البشرية ومنحها إطارا قانونيا مستقرا ومحفزا على البذل والعطاء ».
وقالت إنه « ظهر بوضوح ما توقعت النقابة المستقلة بخصوص زيف الادعاءات والوعود الحكومية، وذلك عبر توالي الصدمات والتراجع المستمر للحكومة عن كل التزاماتها وعدم احترامها لكل الوعود بداية بمشاريع المراسيم المتعلقة بالقانون الأساسي النموذجي الذي يحمل في طياته فصولا ملغومة تضرب في العمق مجموعة من الحقوق الأساسية والمكتسبات السابقة ».
وطالبت النقابة المستقلة من الحكومة « احترام التزاماتها والتراجع عن مشاريع القوانين والقرارات التي حملها قانون المالية، بدل الهرولة لمحاولة فرض أمر الواقع ولو على حساب ضرب مكتسبات كل الشغيلة الصحية »، وفق تعبيرها.
