مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينقذ حياة مراجع مصاب بتضيق شديد في الصمام الأورطي

بفضل الله - تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر من إنقاذ حياة مراجع "سبعيني"، يعاني من تضيق شديد بالصمام الأورطي، سبب حزمة من الأعراض أبرزها نوبات الإغماء التي استدعت ادخاله إلى المستشفى بشكل عاجل. ذكر ذلك د. عبدالله الشهري استشاري أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية وقسطرة القلب التداخلية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

أخبار متعلقة مختصة بـ "الشرقية وردية 16": نستهدف 20 ألف أسرة و50 ألف سيدة للتوعية بسرطان الثدي"أنا قدوة".. فحص سرطان الثدي لـ 500 سيدة بالشرقيةوالذي قال أن المراجع تلقى الإسعافات والعلاجات الأولية فور وصوله إلى المستشفى، ومن ثم أخضعه الفريق الطبي لفحوصات دقيقة شملت الموجات فوق الصوتية والتصوير بالأشعة السينية والأشعة المقطعية Ct-scan، وأوضحت نتائج هذه الفحوصات الدقيقة، وجود تضيق شديد بالصمام الأورطي، ما أدى إلى عدم تمكن القلب من ضخ كمية كافية من الدم إلى أعضاء الجسم الأخرى، وبعد دراسة متأنية أخضعت الحالة لعملية قسطرة، تم الدخول فيها عن طريق "شريان تحت الترقوة"، لوجود تضيق بشرايين الفخذ تمنع من استخدامها كمدخل، وجرى في التدخل الطبي إزالة التضيق وزراعة صمام حيوي من نوع SAPIEN 3 Ultra- Size 26، واستعادة حركة الدم الطبيعية، وقد تكللت العملية التي استمرت لساعتين ولله الحمد بالنجاح، حيث تحسنت حالة المراجع عقب خروجه من غرفة العمليات، وغادر المستشفى بعد "72" ساعة، وهو بحالة صحية جيدة، وقد تخلص من كافة الأعراض التي عانى منها طوال الشهور السابقة.
وأضاف د. الشهري أن نجاح العملية أنقذ المريض من الكثير من المضاعفات الخطيرة، إذ أن تضيق فتحة الصمام الأورطي، يدفع القلب إلى بذل جهد أكبر لضخ كمية كافية من الدم إلى الشريان الأورطي وبقية أجزاء الجسم، مشيراً إلى أن الجهد الإضافي الذي يبذله القلب يتسبب في زيادة سُمك جدار البطين الأيسر وتضخمه، وينجم عن ذلك إجهاد القلب وضعف عضلته، ويمكن أن ينتهي الأمر بفشل القلب وحدوث مشكلات أخرى خطيرة.
