قناة Visit Qatar تهدف إلى دعم جهود الترويج السياحي لقطر كوجهة سفر عالمية رائدة

وقّعت Visit Qatar اتفاقية مع الشركة القطرية للأقمار الصناعية "سهيل سات"، توصي بموجبها إطلاق قناة تلفزيونية مخصصة لـ Visit Qatar .

وفي تعليقه على شراكة Visit Qatar مع سهيل سات وإطلاق القناة التلفزيونية، قال المهندس عبدالعزيز علي المولوي، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ Visit Qatar : "لقد أصبحت قطر وجهة سفر رائدة عالمياً واستقطبت ملايين الزوار من جميع أنحاء العالم خلال الأعوام الماضية. ولا شك أن إطلاق قناة تلفزيونية للترويج السياحي بالتعاون مع سهيل سات سوف يُظهر مدى التنوع الذي يميز العروض والتجارب السياحية في قطر والترويج لرزنامة الفعاليات الغنية على مدار العام".
من جهته قال السيد/ علي بن أحمد الكواري، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سهيل سات: "يسر سهيل سات أن تدعم قناة Visit Qatar التلفزيونية التي تروج لأفضل الوجهات والمعالم السياحية المنتشرة في جميع أنحاء دولة قطر عبر قمرها الصناعي . ونحن نؤمن أن خبرة سهيل سات الكبيرة في تقديم خدمات الأقمار الصناعية المتطورة للقطاعين الحكومي والخاص في دولة قطر بالإضافة إلى أشهر قنوات البث والمؤسسات في جميع أنحاء الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا تجعل من سهيل سات الاختيار الأمثل الذي يتوافق تماماً مع تطلعات وأهداف Visit Qatar في تطوير القطاع السياحي ودعمه بالمبادرات الجديدة".
وتسعى Visit Qatar من خلال هذه المبادرات والشراكات إلى ترسيخ مكانة دولة قطر كوجهة سياحية رائدة، حيث تشتهر بكونها الخيار المثالي للعائلة وتلبي أعلى معايير التميز في الخدمة. كما تتمثل مهمة Visit Qatar في تنويع التجارب الفاخرة التي تقدمها للزوار، والترويج السياحي للدولة وتحفيز طلب الزوار من دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والعالم اكتشاف تطوير التراث الثقافي الغني وإقامة المزيد من معالم الجذب والوجهات السياحية، بالإضافة إلى تنظيم فعاليات مميزة تستقطب الزوار من جميع أنحاء العالم.
وبعد تحقيقها عدداً قياسياً بلغ أربعة ملايين زائر في العام 2023، تواصل قطر تحقيق تقدّم مذهل في قطاع السياحة خلال العام 2024. وحتى شهر سبتمبر، استقبلت البلاد أكثر من 3.7 مليون زائر، مما يمثل زيادة بنسبة 28٪ مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. ولا تزال قطر وجهة مفضلة للمقيمين والمواطنين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، حيث تجتذب سنوياً ملايين الزوار من المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ودولة الكويت ومملكة البحرين وسلطنة عمان عن طريق البر والجو والبحر.
