دعا مكتب الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان إلى إجراء تحقيق مستقل في الغارة الجوية الإسرائيلية على مبنى سكني في شمال لبنان، والتي أسفرت عن مقتل 22 شخصًا على الأقل.
وقال جيريمي لورانس، المتحدث باسم مكتب الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان في جنيف بعد يوم من الغارة، مع استمرار عمال الإنقاذ في البحث بين الأنقاض وعثورهم على المزيد من الجثث والأشلاء: "لدينا مخاوف حقيقية فيما يتعلق بقوانين الحرب".
