يذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان NHC هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة والتي تتسم بجودة الحياة، حيث تستهدف الوصول إلى أكثر من 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بنهاية 2025م على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2، وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
