بعد قصة نجاح حمل بتوأم تعود لعشرة أعوام سابقة في وحدة الاخصاب بمستشفى المواساة الدمام، شاءت الأقدار أن يعود الزوجان مرة أخرى إلى وحدة الإخصاب في المستشفى وذلك بعد عدة محاولات في أكثر من مستشفى بائت بالفشل .
