الوطنية للإسكان NHC تُطلق مشروعين جديدة خلال معرض ريستاتكس جدة

أعلنت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان (NHC) عن إطلاق مشروعي ”الثريا” و” والسدن” في محافظة جدة، التي تمثل إضافة نوعية للسوق العقاري في المنطقة، وتعزز من جودة الحياة وتقدم خيارات سكنية متكاملة.

فيما يقع المشروع الثاني "السدن" جنوب جدة على مساحة 592 ألف متر مربع، ويوفر أكثر من 900 وحدة سكنية بتصاميم مميزة مستلهمة من تراث المنطقة. ويتميز ببيئة متكاملة الخدمات والمرافق الترفيهية والتعليمية والمسطحات الخضراء ومسارات المشاة، بالإضافة إلى تطبيق التقنية في كافة مراحله الإنشائية، إذ يعد الأول من نوعه في تطبيق تقنية الواقع الافتراضي لمشاهدة الوحدات والتنقل في المشروع بالكامل، لتسهيل تجربة السكان.
