سرايا - تستكمل دائرة الأراضي والمساحة إطلاق خدماتها الإلكترونية البالغ عددها 92 خدمة في نهاية العام المقبل 2025، وفقا للمدير العام للدائرة، أحمد العموش الذي تحدث عن إطلاق 33 خدمة "مؤثرة" الأربعاء.
وقال العموش، "أطلقنا العديد من الخدمات الإلكترونية وكان توجيه رئيس الوزراء (جعفر حسان) واضحا بالإسراع في تنفيذ جميع الخدمات الإلكترونية التي يجب إطلاقها في دائرة الأراضي والمساحة".
"في نهاية عام 2025 سيتم إطلاق الخدمات الإلكترونية كافة المتعلقة بدائرة الأراضي واستكمال هذه الخدمات"، وفق العموش الذي أكد العمل على "تسهيل الخدمات للمواطنين".
وبالمجمل، يبلغ عدد الخدمات الإلكترونية في دائرة الأراضي والمساحة 92 خدمة أطلق منها 33 خدمة "مؤثرة" على ما ذكر العموش الذي قال إن الخطة التي ستقدم لحسان "واضحة وضمن إطار زمني".
وقال إن الخدمات الإلكترونية التي أطلقت "مؤثرة بشكل مباشر مثل البيع في جميع مديريات التسجيل في المملكة"، علما بأن معدل معاملات البيع وصل إلى 4 آلاف معاملة شهريا.
في حين، يبلغ معدل إصدار الوثائق الإلكترونية شهريا 90 ألفا، وفق العموش الذي قال إن "الوثائق المطلوبة من دائرة الأراضي موجودة إلكترونيا كسند التسجيل ومخطط الأراضي".
وإثر ذلك، انخفض عدد المراجعين لدائرة الأراضي "بين 60% إلى 70%" شهريا، بحسب العموش.
وقال "لا داع" لمراجعة دائرة الأراضي بعد استكمال إطلاق الخدمات الإلكترونية "إلا لتوقيع عقود البيع وعقود الرهن".
وتوقع العموش انخفاض عدد المراجعين 95%، بعد استكمال إطلاق الخدمات الإلكترونية.
