مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يُنهي معاناة "ستينية" مع ورم سرطاني بالمخ وآخر بالثدي

قام مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عبر فريق طبي متخصص، بإجراء عملية جراحية ناجحة لإستئصال ورم في المخ وآخر بالثدي، لمراجعة في العقد السادس من العمر، لديها تاريخ مرضي مع الأورام، إذ أصيبت قبل 20 عاماً بورم مماثل في نفس الجهة وأورام مختلفة بالجسم، ذكر ذلك الدكتور سعد الشهراني المدير الطبي بالمستشفى.

والذي أضاف بأن المراجعة عند حضورها للمستشفى والإستماع لشكواها والإطلاع على ملفها الطبي وإجراء الفحص السريري، تبين وجود كتلة صلبة غير مؤلمة مع تغير في حجم وشكل الثدي، موضحةً أنها عانت من تبعات ورم مماثل في نفس الثدي تم إزالته قبل 20 عاماً، بالإضافة إلى ورم آخر بالكلية، على الفور تم إخضاعها لمجموعة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة بالرنين المغناطيسي (M.R.I) ، والتصوير المقطعي (C.T Scan) على كامل الجسم، وأشعة مسح للعظام، بالإضافة إلى عدداً من التحاليل المخبرية، وإجراء خزعه من الورم لمعرفة نوعه باستخدام تقنيات الأشعة التداخلية.
أخبار متعلقة شاهد| أبرزها "السدو".. المنتجات التراثية تجذب زوار معرض الصقورلعبة Commandos: Origins.. مغامرات تكتيكية لإنجاز المهمات الحربيةوقال الدكتور الشهراني أن نتائج الفحوصات والتحاليل، أثبتت وجود ورم جديد في الثدي من النوع السرطاني بحجم (3×2×3) سم، وآخر بالدماغ، حيث تم تكوين فريق طبي من استشاريي الباطنية والجراحة العامة والمخ والأعصاب والتخدير، بالإضافة إلى الخدمات الطبية المساندة والمختصة بإنهاء الإجراءات وسرعة معالجة المراجعة، وعقب الإنتهاء من دراسة كافة نتائج الفحوصات، تم وضع خطة علاجية تبدأ باستئصال ورم الثدي.
مضيفاً بأن الجراحة استغرقت ساعتين تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها تحرير الورم واستئصاله بالكامل بنجاح مع المحافظه على الثدي، وقد تلقت المراجعة رعاية طبية فائقة لمدة يومين، مشيراً إلى أنه تم وضع برنامج طبي للمتابعة في العيادة.
من جهته قال الدكتور حسام الجهني استشاري جراحة والمخ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري، الحاصل على البورد والزمالة الكندية، أنه بعد استشفاء المريضة من عملية الثدي بشهر، تم وضع خطة علاجية لإستئصال الورم الدماغي والمتمركز في الفص الأمامي الأيمن ، والذي تسبب في حدوث إرتشاح، وضغط شديد على أنسجة الدماغ الداخلية.
