روى المليونير السعودي أحمد محمد الزهراني ، قصة عمله في مجال بيع الكتب والمجلات والجرائد القديمة ،بعد خسارته في سوق الأسهم.
وقال الزهراني أنه اضطر إلى بيع جزء من الكتب بعد أزمة الأسهم ، مشيرًا إلى أنه كان باع نوادر الكتب.
وأضاف أن كل الكتب التي يمتلكها ترجع إلى تاريخ المملكة العربية السعودية ، خاصة أمهات الكتب والنوادر ، ولديه كتب أغلب كتاب العالم و المستشرقين ، وفقًا لحديثه مع قناة «العربية» .
كما كشف أنه يحتفظ بنسخة أول مجلة أمريكية كتبت عن المملكة ، وهي مجلة «Life» ، والتي تعود إلى عام 1942 و 1943 و1948 ، مضيفًا أنه يبيعها ب300 ريال.
