طالب عفيفة: تطبيق النظريات الحديثة في التربية الخاصة

نظمت الجمعية القطرية لتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مُحاضرة بعنوان: (الدمج أنواعه وطرائقه) بالتعاون مع المركز الثقافي السوداني بالدوحة.
تأتي المحاضرة ضمن فعاليات برنامج «الميس.. كلنا نقدر نصل» الذي يقام في مبنى الجمعية الرئيسي مساء الثلاثاء من كل أسبوع، ويقوم على تقديم البرنامج كوادر متخصصة في مجال التربية الخاصة والتدريب والتأهيل.
وقال السيد طالب عفيفة، المدير التنفيذي بالإنابة بالجمعية القطرية لتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، إن الجمعية تواصل تقديم البرامج والمحاضرات للفئات المستهدفة من أولياء الأمور والعاملين بالمجال، والمدربين والمربين، للعمل على صقل قدراتهم، وتنشيطهم، وتعريفهم على البرامج والنظريات الحديثة في مجال التربية الخاصة.
تأتي المحاضرة، قبل بداية العام الدراسي 2023- 2024م لدفع أولياء أمور الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، للعمل على دمج أبنائهم، كلّ حسب قدراته ومهاراته واحتياجاته في المرحلة التعليمية المناسبة، مع أهمية الدمج الاجتماعي للجميع، والمشاركة في كافة الأنشطة والبرامج والفعاليات التي تساهم في الارتقاء بقدرات الأعضاء، وصولاً إلى الاعتماد على الذات والمساهمة في العمل والتنمية والإنتاج.
وقدم المحاضرة الأستاذ محمد هاشم الشريف، خبير الإعاقة، وأحد النشطاء في مجال الإعاقة، وقال «إن الإنسان يولد على الفطرة، يولد كافة الأشخاص مدموجين، والمجتمع وفق قيمه وثقافته يمارس عليهم التمييز والتنمر، والإهمال، والاقصاء، وغيرها من الأشياء السلبية.
وأضاف: ما نسعى إليه، تحقيق الدمج الإنساني على كافة الأصعدة أكاديمياً واجتماعياً واقتصادياً وغيرها، وأضاف أن مفهوم الدمج يتوزع بين الأكاديمي، والاجتماعي، ويمر الموقف من دمج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بين الإفراط في الرفض، والتفريط في الشفقة، والقبول والتعايش وهذا ما نأمله ونسعى إليه جميعًا.

كما أشار صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن عبدالرحمن بن ناصر بن فرحان آل سعود الرئيس التنفيذي لجمعية لأجلهم إن دعم "زين السعودية" لتطبيقات الجمعية مثل تطبيق "مصحف تبيان للصم" الحائز على جائزة الملك فيصل لخدمة الإسلام لعام 2025م و"تطبيق رفيقي" عبر منصاتها الرقمية، إلى جانب إطلاق حملات توعوية ومساندة مبادراتنا مثل "صنع بأيديهم" و"معًا نمشي"، يمثل نقلة نوعية في مسيرتنا نحو تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعزيز اندماجهم الفاعل في المجتمع.
