برعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين، ونيابةً عن سمو ولي العهد، تَوج صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير بدر بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة، في حضور صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي الفيصل رئيس الاتحاد العربي لكرة القدم، فريق النصر السعودي، بكأس بطولة الملك سلمان للأندية 2023، وذلك في ختام منافسات البطولة التي أقيمت خلال الفترة من 27 يوليو إلى 12 أغسطس، في الطائف وأبها والباحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
ونال فريق النصر السعودي كأس البطولة ومكافأة مالية قدرها 6 ملايين دولار، بينما حصل فريق الهلال السعودي على المركز الثاني ومكافأة مالية قدرها 2.5 مليون دولار، وحصل سيرجي سافيتش من فريق الهلال على جائزة أفضل لاعب في البطولة، بينما حصد كريستيانو رونالدو مهاجم النصر جائزة هداف البطولة بـ6 أهداف، وحصل زميله نواف العقيدي على جائزة أفضل حارس مرمى.
وفي المباراة النهائية بمحافظة الطائف، فاز فريق النصر على نظيره الهلال بنتيجة 2-1، وسجل هدفيه كريستيانو رونالدو، بينما جاء هدف الهلال عن طريق اللاعب ميشيل ريتشارد.

وجاءت عملية اختيار الفائزين من خلال لجان مستقلة ضمت نخبة من الخبراء المتخصصين في هذا القطاع، تم اختيارهم بعناية من قبل الجمعية السعودية للمحللين الماليين المعتمدين، وكذلك جمعية علاقات المستثمرين في الشرق الأوسط، حيث تم تقييم المتنافسين بناءً على معايير صارمة لضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات التميز ضمن مجالهم.

يواصل "الأول" دوره الريادي حيث كان أول بنك في المملكة يضع استراتيجية متكاملة للاستدامة، تتضمن التزامات لتحقيق الحياد الصفري في العمليات التشغيلية بحلول عام 2035، والحياد الصفري في الانبعاثات الممولة بحلول عام 2060. كما خصص البنك مبلغ 34 مليار ريال سعودي للتمويل المستدام بحلول عام 2025 بما يتماشى مع التوجهات الوطنية ومبادرة السعودية الخضراء.
كما يتولى حاليًا رئاسة اللجنة الاستشارية المصرفية للاستدامة تحت إشراف البنك المركزي السعودي "ساما" مما يعزز مكانته كقائد في مجال التمويل المستدام.
