تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين.. انطلاق النسخة الثالثة من دورة الألعاب السعودية 2024 غدًا في الرياض

تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، تنطلق النسخة الثالثة من دورة الألعاب السعودية 2024 خلال الفترة من 3 أكتوبر وحتى 17 أكتوبر المقبل، التي ستقام في العاصمة الرياض، حيث يتنافس الرياضيون في 52 رياضة فردية وجماعية، تتضمن 7 رياضات مخصصة للرياضات البارالمبية، و10 رياضات استعراضية، و15 رياضةً للشباب في دورة الألعاب السعودية.
وبهذه المناسبة، رفع صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن تركي بن فيصل وزير الرياضة رئيس اللجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية ورئيس اللجنة العليا المنظمة لدورة الألعاب السعودية، الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين -حفظه الله- على رعايته الكريمة للنسخة الثالثة من الدورة، مشيرًا إلى أنَّ هذه الرعاية تعكس حرص واهتمام القيادة الرشيدة - أيدها الله - بالقطاع الرياضي، ودعمها السخي للنهوض بالرياضة في المملكة وتمكين كافة الرياضيين؛ ليكونوا نواة المستقبل ويشرفوا بلادهم في كافة المحافل الدولية والعالمية.
وقال سموّه في تصريح صحفي: "إنَّ الحرص والاهتمام الذي يجده كافة الرياضيين من قبل خادم الحرمين الشريفين، والدعم غير المسبوق من سمو ولي العهد -حفظهما الله-، يجسد واقع الرياضة في المملكة العربية السعودية، التي تسير بخطى ثابتة -ولله الحمد- نحو تحقيق طموحات ومستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، مما جعل رياضة وطننا الغالي تواصل تميزها وتطورها حتى باتت المملكة موطنًا للأحداث الرياضية".
وأضاف: "إنَّ إقامة دورة الألعاب السعودية للسنة الثالثة على التوالي يضع الرياضة السعودية في المكانة التي تستحقها محليًّا وعالميًّا، مع سعينا الجاد لرفع سقف المنافسات السعودية في جميع الألعاب، من أجل صناعةِ جيلٍ رياضي واعد يحمل اسم المملكة في مختلف المحافل الإقليمية والدولية".
وتُعد دورة الألعاب السعودية أكبر حدث رياضي وطني في تاريخ المملكة؛ إذ يتنافس الرياضيون المشاركون على جوائز مجموعها يتجاوز 200 مليون ريال، حيث سيحصل الفائز بالميدالية الذهبية على مليون ريال، والفضية على 300 ألف ريال، والبرونزية على 100 ألف ريال. فيما يحصل الفائز بالميدالية الذهبية في فئة الشباب على 100 ألف ريال، والفضية على 50 ألف ريال، والبرونزية على 25 ألف ريال
