اليوم.. انطلاق أعمال المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني في الرياض

تنطلق النسخة الرابعة من المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني في مدينة الرياض، اليوم الأربعاء، تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، وتنظمه الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني تحت شعار: "تعظيم العمل المشترك في الفضاء السيبراني"، وذلك لتعزيز التعاون الدولي لمواجهة القضايا المُلحّة في الفضاء السيبراني، بمشاركة نُخبة من قادة الفكر، وصنّاع القرار، وأبرز الجهات الدولية ذات العلاقة.
ويشارك في المنتدى، على مدى يومي 2 و 3 أكتوبر، نخبة من صناع القرار، والرؤساء التنفيذيين من المنظمات الدولية ذات العلاقة، إضافة إلى مجموعة من المتحدثين رفيعي المستوى الذين يمثلون مختلف القطاعات الحكومية والأكاديمية، وأبرز الشركات العالمية من أكثر من 120 دولة.
ويشهد المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني عقد أول قمة عالمية لحماية الطفل في الفضاء السيبراني؛ والتي تنظمها الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني ومؤسسة المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات (ITU)، وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (UNICEF)، وعدد من أصحاب المصلحة من القطاع الخاص، والمنظمات غير الربحية، والجهات الأكاديمية حول العالم. وتأتي القمة اتساقاً مع مستهدفات المبادرة العالمية ولي العهد السعودي لحماية الطفل في الفضاء السيبراني من خلال زيادة الوعي العالمي لدى صناع القرار بشأن التهديدات المتزايدة التي يواجهها الأطفال في الفضاء السيبراني.
وتأتي هذه النسخة من المنتدى لتواصل البناء على الأُسس والأهداف التي أرستها النسخ السابقة، وتجمع عدداً من المسؤولين الدوليين رفيعي المستوى؛ وسيتم خلال المنتدى عقد مجموعة من الجلسات الحوارية التي تتركّز على خمسة محاور رئيسة هي: تجاوُز التباينات السيبرانية، من خلال بناء الثقة لتعزيز آفاق التعاون السيبراني على المستوى الدولي، والسلوكية السيبرانية، والبنية الاجتماعية في الفضاء السيبراني، وذلك لتعزيز الاندماج في الفضاء السيبراني بما يجعله عاملاً مساعدًا في دفع التنمية، وسد الفجوة الاجتماعية، بين المجتمعات والمنظمات والدول، ومحور اقتصاد سيبراني مزدهر، والذي يهدف إلى مناقشة إسهام الاقتصاد السيبراني في التنمية، من خلال تطوير الأسواق في هذا القطاع الحيوي والواعد، ومحور آفاق سيبرانية جديدة، الذي يتناول آليات الاستفادة من التقنيات الصاعدة في دفع التقدم والابتكار.
ويعد المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني منصة عالمية تجمع صنّاع القرار وممثلي الحكومات والشركات وقادة الأمن السيبراني والأوساط الأكاديمية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وتعمل في ضوء الأهداف الإستراتيجية لمؤسسة المنتدى الدولي للأمن السيبراني نحو تعزيز الأمن السيبراني على المستوى الدولي، وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وموائمة الجهود الدولية ذات الصلة ودعمها.
