وزير الاتصالات يفتتح القمة العالمية الأولى للبنية التحتية الرقمية

افتتح الدكتور عمرو طلعت، وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، اليوم الثلاثاء، فعاليات القمة العالمية الأولى للبنية التحتية الرقمية، تحت رعاية رئيس الجمهورية، والتي تستضيفها مصر في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، والاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات، والبنك الدولي، وتنظمها مؤسسة Co-Develop في الفترة من 1 إلى 3 أكتوبر.
تأتي استضافة مصر لهذه القمة تأكيدًا على مكانتها كدولة رائدة في تبني معايير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتهدف إلى توفير منصة للحوار وتبادل المعرفة بين المشاركين من مختلف القطاعات لتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية عالميًا، وتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي.
في كلمته خلال الجلسة الافتتاحية، أشار الدكتور عمرو طلعت إلى أن القمة تعقد في ظل اهتمام عالمي متزايد بدور التكنولوجيا في تشكيل مستقبل مستدام. وأكد أن "استراتيجية مصر الرقمية" تمثل الرؤية المحورية لجهود الدولة في رقمنة الخدمات الحكومية، وبناء اقتصاد رقمي قائم على الابتكار وتطوير المهارات الرقمية. وقد أطلقت الحكومة منصة "مصر الرقمية" التي توفر 170 خدمة حكومية، وتواصل توسيع رقمنة قطاعات متعددة مثل التأمين الصحي الشامل ومنظومة التقاضي. كما أشار إلى برامج الشمول المالي التي أطلقتها الحكومة، والاستثمار في تنمية المهارات الرقمية لنحو نصف مليون مواطن سنويًا.
وأكد الوزير أن قطاع الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في مصر يسجل نموًا سنويًا بنسبة 16%، ويساهم بحوالي 6% في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. وأشاد بتقدم مصر في المؤشرات الدولية، حيث ارتفعت مرتبتها في مؤشر جاهزية الحكومة الرقمية الصادر عن البنك الدولي إلى التصنيف A في 2022، كما شهد ترتيبها في مؤشر جاهزية الذكاء الاصطناعي تقدمًا بـ 49 مركزًا على مدار خمس سنوات.
وأشار الوزير إلى أن مصر تعمل على تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية لمواجهة التحديات مثل سد الفجوة الرقمية وتعزيز أمن البيانات والشمول المالي. ودعا إلى تعميق النقاشات المتعلقة بتطوير فهم مشترك للبنية التحتية الرقمية، استنادًا إلى المبادئ المعتمدة من مجموعة العشرين والاتفاق الرقمي العالمي.
وعلى هامش القمة، افتتح الدكتور طلعت المعرض الذي تضمن أجنحة لعرض المبادرات المصرية وقصص النجاح في مجالات التحول الرقمي والبنية التحتية. كما شملت الجولة تفقد جناح الشركات الناشئة المصرية التي استعرضت ابتكاراتها في مجال الخدمات الحكومية الرقمية.
شارك في فعاليات الافتتاح عدد من الشخصيات البارزة، منهم وزير الاتصالات والاقتصاد الرقمي في جمهورية تشاد، والسفير عمرو الجويلي، و أليساندرو فراكاسيتى، ونائب الأمين العام للاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات توماس لامانوسكاس، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة.

وسيناقش أعضاء المؤتمر آخر المستجدات والأبحاث في طب العناية المركزة، بالإضافة إلى حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية البيئة الخاصة بأفضل إجراءات سلامة المرضى بالعناية الحرجة، وسبل الإرتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة، والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
ويستهدف هذا المؤتمر الأطباء والممارسين والأكاديميين الصحيين والمختصين بالعناية الحرجة، وممرضات وحدات العناية المركزة، ومعالجي الجهاز التنفسي، من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى، حول المستجدات الحديثة في طب العناية المركزة التي توصل لها الأطباء لمشاركتها مع الحضور، مما سينعكس ايجاباً على مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
وسيصاحب هذا المؤتمر معرض متخصص يشارك فيه عدداً من كبريات الشـركات الطبية العالمية في تقنيات وأجهزة العناية الحرجة.
