انشاء نيابة استئناف شئون الاسرة بالاسكندرية بجامعة سنجور

اصدر وزير العدل قرار رقم 5420 لسنة 2024 بشأن إنشاء نيابة استئناف الإسكندرية لشؤون الأسرة، ويكون مقرها مبنى قصر القطن «مبنى جامعة سنجور» الكائن بميدان الجندى المجهول - محافظة الإسكندرية وتتبعها النيابات الآتية: نيابة الإسكندرية الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة مرسى مطروح الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة وسط دمنهور الكلية لشئون الأسرة.
ونص قرار وزارة العدل قـرار وزير العدل رقم 5420 لسنة 2024 وزير العدل بعد الاطلاع على الدستور ؛ وعلى القانون رقم 46 لسنة 1972 بشأن السلطة القضائية ؛ وعلى القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2000 بتنظيم بعض أوضاع وإجراءات التقاضى فى مسائل الأحوال الشخصية ؛ وعلى القانون رقم 10 لسنة 2004 بإصدار قانون إنشاء محاكم الأسرة ؛ وعلى قرار السيد المستشار وزير العدل رقم 4291 لسنة 2004 بتعيين مقار محاكم الأسرة ومكاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية الصادر بتاريخ 9/8/2004 ؛ وعلى قرار السيد المستشار وزير العدل رقم 4844 لسنة 2004 بتشكيل نيابة شئون الأسرة ؛ وعلى قرار السيد المستشار وزير العدل رقم 2004 لسنة 2008 بشأن تقسيم نيابة دمنهور الكلية لشئون الأسرة إلى ثلاث نيابات كلية ؛ وعلى قرار السيد المستشار وزير العدل رقم 6218 لسنة 2014 المتضمن إنشاء نيابة كلية لشئون الأسرة بمحافظة مرسى مطروح ؛ وعلى كتاب السيد المستشار النائب العام المؤرخ 4/9/2024 ؛ قــــــرر:
المادة الأولى) تنشأ نيابة استئناف الإسكندرية لشئون الأسرة، ويكون مقرها مبنى قصر القطن «مبنى جامعة سنجور» الكائن بميدان الجندى المجهول - محافظة الإسكندرية وتتبعها النيابات الآتية: نيابة الإسكندرية الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة مرسى مطروح الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة وسط دمنهور الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة شمال دمنهور الكلية لشئون الأسرة. نيابة جنوب دمنهور الكلية لشئون الأسرة.
(المادة الثانية) تتولى نيابة استئناف الإسكندرية لشئون الأسرة بدائرة اختصاص محكمة الاستئناف المهام المخولة قانونًا للنيابة العامة أمام محاكم الأسرة بدوائرها الابتدائية والاستئنافية، والتى تقع فى نطاق اختصاص نيابات شئون الأسرة المبينة بالمادة الأولى.
(المادة الثالثة) على الإدارات المختصة بوزارة العدل والنيابة العامة تنفيذ هذا القرار. (المادة الرابعة) ينشر هذا القرار بالوقائع المصرية، ويعمل به اعتبارًا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 1/10/2024 تحريرًا فى 5/9/2024 وزير العدل المستشار/ عدنان فنجرى.
