النائب العام يلتقي بنظيره الأذربيجاني في باكو ويوقعان مذكرة تفاهم

التقى معالي النائب العام الشيخ سعود بن عبدالله المعجب مع نظيره معالي المدعي العام لجمهورية أذربيجان السيد كمران علييف في العاصمة باكو.
ووقع المعجب وعلييف مذكرة تفاهم بين النيابة العامة للمملكة العربية السعودية والنيابة العامة لجمهورية أذربيجان تهدف إلى تبادل المعلومات في المجالات المشتركة، وإجراء البحوث حول المسائل الهامة المرتبطة بالمصالح المشتركة بين الطرفين وعقد الاجتماعات واللقاءات العلمية المشتركة.
تأتي هذه الاتفاقية استمراراً للعلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين وتطويراً لإجراءات الاتصال القضائي الدولي بين النيابة العامة السعودية ونظيرتها في أذربيجان لتعزيز مكافحة الجرائم العابرة للحدود وفق أفضل الممارسات القانونية الدولية في هذا الصدد.
