وزارة التخطيط:إجراء التعداد العام لسكان العراق هدفه تنموي واقتصادي

آخر تحديث: 28 شتنبر 2024 - 11:02 ص بغداد/ شبكة أخبار العراق- قال المتحدث باسم وزارة التخطيط عبد الزهرة الهنداوي،السبت، إن “عملية التعداد قطعت أشواطاً مهمة في عموم المحافظات ومنها كركوك، مع تحقيق نسب انجاز متقدمة في عمليات الترقيم والحصر التي انطلقت في جميع المحافظات في الاول من ايلول الجاري”، مبيناً أن “التعداد السكاني يهدف لرسم خريطة متكاملة لعموم المحافظات، ونسعى للوقوف على عدة نقاط اقتصادية مهمة تمس العراقيين في مجالات الصحة والتعليم والسكن والخدمات”.
وأكد ان “كركوك تعتبر ثاني محافظة عراقية في عملية الحصر والترقيم حيث بلغت نسبة الإنجاز في الأعمال الموكلة للفرق الجوالة 70 بالمئة، وهذا دليل على أن هناك رغبة حقيقية لدى المواطن في المشاركة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وحاجة المناطق للمشاريع وما لها علاقات”.وأضاف الهنداوي بالقول إن “التعداد يوفر معلومات عن المحافظات واحتياجاتها من مختلف الخدمات ويسهم في تحقيق عدالة توزيع الثروات، وفقا للحجم الحقيقي لسكان كل محافظة”، لافتا إلى أن “إجراء التعداد هدفه تنموي واقتصادي”.وكان العراق قد أجرى آخر تعداد سكاني عام 1987، الذي اشتركت فيه جميع المحافظات، تبعه إحصاء عام 1997 الذي أجري دون مشاركة محافظات إقليم كوردستان.وظلت البلاد طيلة السنوات الماضية مُعتمدة على الأرقام الإحصائية التقريبية الصادرة عن مؤسسات ومراكز أبحاث غير رسمية تُعنى بهذا الشأن، قبل أن تصدر تقديرات وزارة التخطيط في عام 2022 بأن عدد سكان العراق بلغ أكثر من 42 مليون نسمة.وتأجل التعداد بسبب مخاوف من تسييسه، وعارضته جماعات عرقية في المناطق المتنازع عليها مثل مدينة كركوك التي يسكنها الكورد والعرب والتركمان وتضم حقولا نفطية كبرى، لأنه قد يكشف عن تركيبة سكانية من شأنها أن تقضي على طموحاتها السياسية.

ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.
أخبار متعلقة ”تجاوبكم محدود“.. البيئة تخاطب التجار بشأن الإعفاءات الجمركيةاللهابه.. رفع 1100 طن نفايات وأنقاض ضمن استعدادها لشهر رمضانوتفصيلًا, تأتي الوظائف التعليمية المعلنة على رتبة (معلم ممارس) في عددٍ من التخصصات بما يغطي حاجة المدارس من المعلمين والمعلمات، بعد استيفاء متطلبات التقديم، واجتياز معايير المفاضلة، وسيتم إعلان الترشيح المبدئي يوم الأحد 23 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 23 مارس 2025م، وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية ومطابقة الوثائق لشغل الوظـائف التعليمية يوم الثلاثاء 01 ذو القعدة 1446هـ الموافق 29 أبريل 2025 م، وذلك في مقرات إدارات التعليم العامة التي تم ترشيحهم عليها، فيما ستبدأ مرحلة إعلان نتائج الترشيح النهائي للمتقدمين والمتقدمات يوم الأحد 02 صفر 1447هـ، الموافق 27 يوليو 2025م بعد استيفاء مسوغات ومتطلبات اجتياز شغل الوظيفة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لدى الإدارات العامة للتعليم.
وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
