وأكد أن إعلان إطلاق مؤسسة الرياض غير الربحية يجسد حرص القيادة الرشيدة على دعم وتطوير العمل المؤسسي والاجتماعي بجميع صوره، وتشجيع البحوث والدراسات والنشاطات الاجتماعية، وتعزيز الإسهام المجتمعي في تنمية برامج القطاع غير الربحي.
ولفت سموه النظر إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن جهود الدولة في ترسيخ ثقافة العمل الاجتماعي وتعزيز قيمه، وتعزيز التنمية الاجتماعية والابتكار في القطاع غير الربحي، ويحقق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة، مؤكدًا أن هذا الإعلان سيحقق التنمية الاجتماعية من خلال تمكين جميع فئات المجتمع وتعزيز الترابط الاجتماعي والإسهام في الحفاظ على هوية المجتمع.
