محافظ المنوفية يلتقي مدير مستشفى شبين الكوم التعليمي الجديد

التقى اللواء ابراهيم أبو ليمون، محافظ المنوفية، اليوم الأربعاء، الدكتور فيصل جودة، مدير مستشفى شبين الكوم التعليمي الجديد، عقب توليه مهام منصبه الجديد متمنيًا له التوفيق والنجاح، موجهًا بضرورة تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتكثيف المتابعات الميدانية للتأكد من انتظام سير العمل، لتحقيق الرعاية الصحية والطبية المتميزة فضلًا عن تعزيز الجهود المبذولة والتواصل الفعال والإيجابي مع المواطنين والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد والإرتقاء والنهوض بجودة الخدمات كون قطاع الصحة أحد محاور الجمهورية الجديدة لبناء الإنسان.
حيث كرم محافظ المنوفية، الدكتور تامر مقشط، مدير مستشفى شبين الكوم التعليمي السابق، وقدم له درع المحافظة تقديرًا لمجهوداته المبذولة خلال فترة عمله ومساهمته في النهوض بالقطاع الصحي متمنيًا له دوام التوفيق.
وأعرب الدكتور مقشط عن سعادته وامتنانه بهذا التكريم، مقدمًا درعًا تذكاريًا لمحافظ المنوفية ومثمنًا دوره الحيوي ودعمه الدائم والمستمر لقطاع الصحة وأنه لم يدخر جهدًا للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات الطبية.
من جانبه أكد محافظ المنوفية على ضرورة التعاون والتكاتف بين مختلف مؤسسات الدولة وبذل المزيد من الجهد والعمل بروح الفريق لخدمة المواطنين لتلبية احتياجاتهم ومطالبهم بما يتواكب مع حجم التطلعات والتحديات خلال المرحلة المقبلة لإحداث نقلة نوعية بمستوى الخدمات تنفيذًا لتكليفات ورؤية القيادة السياسية.

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إجراء عملية جراحية ناجحة، لاستئصال "9" أورام مختلفة الأحجام بالرحم والحوض، ممتدة إلى منطقة القفص الصدري، وبلغ طول أكبرها "22" سم وعرضها "10" سم، وسببت حزمة من الأعراض الحادة المتزايدة، ذكر ذلك الدكتور خالد الزهراني استشاري النساء والولادة وجراحة مناظير الحوض، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج الحاصل على الزمالة الأمريكية والبورد الكندي.

وعقب اسقبالها مباشرة تم تقديم الإسعافات الأولية لها، وإيقاف النزيف، وإخضاعها لفحوصات طبية دقيقة بأشعة الرنين المغناطيسي (M.R.I) والتحاليل المخبرية، والإطلاع على تاريخها المرضي، حيث تبين أنها سبق وأن خضعت لخمس عمليات قيصرية، نتجت عنها التصاقات بطنية شديدة، وقد خضعت للعلاجات الهرمونية في محاولة منها للسيطرة على النزيف المتكرر، ولكن دون جدوى.
وأشار الدكتور الزهراني إلى أن نتائج الفحوصات كشفت عن وجود "9" أورام مختلفة الأحجام بالرحم والحوض، ممتدة إلى منطقة القفص الصدري، أكبرها بطول 22 سم وعرض 10 سم، هذا بالإضافة إلى وجود جرح بالمثانة ناتج عن الالتصاقات البطنية من العمليات السابقة، وكذلك نقص شديد في نسبة هيموجلبين الدم وأنيميا حادة، مع حاجتها الماسة إلى حقن وأدوية تحفظية لمعالجة فقر الدم.
