مجلس إدارة "التنمية السياحية" يناقش مقترحات تحفيز سرعة الانتهاء من الغرف والوحدات الفندقية

ترأس المهندس شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، اجتماع مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للتنمية السياحية، حيث تم اعتماد الحساب الختامي والمركز المالى للهيئة، للعام المالى 2023/2024، وتم مناقشة مقترحات تحفيز سرعة الانتهاء من تنفيذ الوحدات الفندقية بمشروعات شركات التنمية والاستثمار السياحي، إضافة لمناقشة عدد من الموضوعات الخاصة بمشروعات التنمية السياحية، واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة بشأنها.
وأكد المهندس شريف الشربيني، حرص وزارة الإسكان ممثلة في الهيئة العامة للتنمية السياحية، على منح المحفزات المناسبة لشركات التنمية والاستثمار السياحي، لسرعة إنهاء الغرف والوحدات الفندقية، بالمشروعات الجارى تنفيذها، من أجل استيعاب حجم السياح المتزايد.
وأشار وزير الإسكان، إلى أنه تم خلال اجتماع مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للتنمية السياحية، مناقشة إمكانية إتاحة بعض الأراضى الخلفية لشركات التنمية والاستثمار السياحي، لاستخدامها فى إنشاء محطات لتوليد الطاقة الشمسية لتشغيل المنشآت الفندقية والسياحية، وذلك في إطار توجه الدولة المصرية للتوسع في استخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة.
