ويُعد سوق التنين الصيني في السعودية هو المشروع الثالث الذي تنفّذه شركة دراجون وورلد السعودية في الشرق الأوسط، وتحديداً بعد سوقيّ دبي والبحرين.

وأضافت جوسي لين josie lin ، أن السوق سيشمل صالات عرض ومناطق للتسوق ومطاعم، يمكنكم أن تجدوا كل ما تحتاجونه في سوق التنين في الرياض! من المنتجات الصينية إلى المنتجات العالمية بأسعار معقولة جداً، وسيتيح سوق التنين الصيني الفرصة لسكان الرياض خاصة، والسعودية عامة، لشراء المنتجات الصينية عالية الجودة، بأسعار تنافسية ومناسبة للجميع. كما سيلعب هذا السوق دوراً رائداً في تعزيز التعاون التجاري والاقتصادي بين الصين والمملكة العربية السعودية،
وبينت جوسي لين josie lin ، أن الصين أكبر شريك تجاري للسعودية، وكذلك هي أكبر شريك تجاري للصين في منطقة غرب آسيا وشمال إفريقيا، حيث تجاوز حجم التجارة الثنائية بين الصين والسعودية 100 مليار دولار أمريكي خلال عامين متتاليين، وهو ما يمثل أكثر من 35 % من إجمالي حجم التجارة بين الصين ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال نفس الفترة.
