نجاح جراحة قلب معقدة بـ"الزقازيق العام" ضمن مبادرة « بداية جديدة»

نجح فريق طبي بمستشفى الزقازيق العام في إجراء جراحة قلب مفتوح عالية الخطورة لمريض يبلغ من العمر 68 عاماً، عانى المريض من ارتجاع شديد في الصمام الميترالي وتضخم في القلب، مما استدعى إجراء عملية جراحية عاجلة لاستبدال الصمام بصمام صناعي. وقد أجريت الجراحة بنجاح، والحالة الصحية للمريض مستقرة حالياً.
وأكد الدكتور هاني جميعة، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، أن هذا الإنجاز يأتي تتويجاً للجهود المبذولة لتطوير الخدمات الطبية المقدمة بالمستشفيات، والمبادرات المتعددة التي أطلقها الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية للصحة العامة، لخلو المجتمع من الأمراض وتمتعه بالصحة والرفاهية، والتي تضم المبادرة الرئاسية «بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان»، ومبادرة 100 يوم صحة، ومبادرة القضاء على قوائم الانتظار الخاصة بالعمليات الجراحية، وتنفيذاً لتوجيهات الدكتور خالد عبد الغفار نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الصحة والسكان، وتعليمات الدكتور هاني مصطفى جميعة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، برفع كفاءة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى بمستشفيات الصحة بالمحافظة، واستمرارا لنجاحات منظومة العلاج على نفقة الدولة.

تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من إجراء العديد من العمليات الجراحية المعقدة لاستئصال أورام الغدة الدرقية والجار درقية، وأنهى بفضل الله آلام عدد كبير من المراجعين، من أعراض كصعوبة التنفس والبلع وضيق بالحلق والسعال وأحياناً بحة في الصوت وتضخم الرقبة. ومؤخراً أجرى فريق طبي عملية معقدة، لاستئصال ورم سرطاني من النوع "النشط"، منتشر في رقبة مراجعة خمسينية، كانت قد خضعت منذ نحو "8" سنوات لجراحة استئصال ورم بالغدة الدرقية، لكنها منذ "5" سنوات لاحظت تغيرات في منطقة الرقبة، وأبانت الفحوصات الطبية وجود ورم بطول 3 سم ونصف، منتشر أسفل الرقبة ومتشابك مع الأوعية الدموية والأعصاب والشرايين، فتم استئصال الورم في عملية كبيرة استمرت "8" ساعات متواصلة، استخدام فيها جهاز مراقبة الأعصاب.
فضلاً عن نجاح عملية معقدة لاستئصال غدة "الجار درقية" نشطة ومتضخمة وصل حجمها إلى نحو "10" أضعاف الطبيعي، وتسببت في أعراض حادة كهشاشة العظام وحصوات الكلى وآلام البطن لمراجعة مصابة بالأنيميا المنجلية وتكسر حاد بالدم، وأدخلت العناية المركزة مراراً، إضافة إلى أن هشاشة العظام الحادة، جعلت معظم حركتها على كرسي متحرك، وتم في العملية استئصال الغدة الجار درقية، وخلال "24" ساعة من العملية تراجعت نسبة هرمون جار الدرقية في جسمها من "123" إلى "1,2"، الأمر الذي ساعدها في التغلب على هشاشة العظام، وكذلك شهد المستشفى عملية دقيقة أنهت معاناة ثلاثينية مع تبعات ورم في الفص الأيسر من الغدة الدرقية، وتكللت كل هذه التدخلات الطبية ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وتخلص المراجعين من الأعراض التي عانوا منها قبل العمليات.
