اليونيسف تعرب عن حزنها لوفاة طفل غرقًا في مياه الأمطار في البركت

أعربت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة “اليونيسف”، عن حزنها العميق لفقدان طفل يبلغ من العمر 13 عاما غرقًا في مياه الأمطار في البركت جنوب ليبيا.
وحثت المنظمة، الآباء ومقدمي الرعاية على التحدث مع أطفالهم حول المخاطر الخفية لمياه الفيضانات ومياه الأمطار المتراكمة، وقالت إن خلق بيئات أكثر أمانًا للأطفال أصبح أكثر أهمية من أي وقت مضى مع مواجهة ليبيا لتحديات متزايدة بسبب تغير المناخ.
وأفاد رئيس لجنة الأزمة ببلدية البركت جبريل علي الثلاثاء لليبيا الأحرار بوفاة طفل غرقًا جراء السيول التي اجتاحت المنطقة.
