المملكة تعرب عن ترحيبها باعتماد الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة قراراً بشأن "إنهاء الوجود غير القانوني في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة"

أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن ترحيب المملكة العربية السعودية باعتماد الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة قراراً بشأن "إنهاء الوجود غير القانوني في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة"، الذي تم التصويت عليه خلال الدورة الاستثنائية الطارئة.
وأكدت المملكة على ضرورة القيام بخطوات عملية وذات مصداقية للوصول إلى حلٍّ عادلٍ وشامل للقضية الفلسطينية وفقاً لمبادرة السلام العربية وقرارات الشرعية الدولية، بما يكفل للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق حقه الأصيل في تقرير المصير وإقامة دولته المستقلة على حدود 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية.
