مركز البحوث يتصدر الجامعات المصرية لأفضل 2%من علماء العالم وفقا لـ«ستنافورد»

حصل المركز القومي للبحوث على المركز الأول من إجمالي أعداد العلماء المصريين الذين تم إدراجهم ضمن قائمة جامعة ستانفورد لأفضل 2% من العلماء على مستوى العالم في أكثر من 50 تخصصا علميا، وفقًا للدراسة التي أعدتها جامعة ستانفورد الأمريكية.
ثمرة حرص الدولة على تشجيع العلماءوقال المركز القومي للبحوث في بيان له اليوم الأربعاء، إنه لا شك أن هذه النتيجة تعد ثمرة حرص الدولة على تشجيع العلماء على البحث والابتكار ودعم الدكتور أيمن عاشور، وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.
وأوضح البيان تواجد 100 باحث من المركز القومي للبحوث في قائمة ستانفورد تم تصنيفهم من مختلف الجامعات والمراكز البحثية، والذين يمثلون نماذج مشرفة على جميع المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.
وجاء المركز القومي للبحوث في المركز الأول بعدد 100 باحث، ثم جامعة القاهرة في المركز الثاني بعدد 76 باحثا ثم جامعه عين شمس في المركز الثالث بعدد 58 باحثًا، يليها جامعة الأزهر بعدد 42 باحثا.
الاستشهادات بالأبحاث المنشورة من قِبل هؤلاء العلماءوأشار البيان إلى أن الدكتورة فجر عبد الجواد - القائم بأعمال رئيس المركز قدمت التهنئة للباحثيين المدرجين في قائمة أفضل 2٪ من علماء العالم الأكثر استشهادًا، معربًه عن تقديرها للعلماء الذين ساهموا من خلال أبحاثهم الرائدة والمتميزة في الوصول لهذا المركز.
مشيرة إلى المعايير التي استند عليها التصنيف لإدراج الباحثين على مستوى العالم ضمن هذه القائمة، تعتمد على عدد الاستشهادات بالأبحاث المنشورة من قِبل هؤلاء العلماء، ومؤشر عدد المنشورات التي تم الاستشهاد بمؤلفها من قبل مؤلفين آخرين على الأقل نفس العدد من المرات «H-Index»، ومؤشر HM المعدل للتأليف المشترك، والاستشهادات للأوراق البحثية في مواضع تأليف مختلفة، ومؤشر مركب «C-Score».
