هل تعمد الرئيس التنفيذي لـ"أوشن غيت" التخلص من "تيتان"؟.. تفاصيل الرسالة الأخيرة!

بعد حوالي 15 شهراً من التحقيقات المستمرة في حادث انفجار الغواصة "تيتان" في أعماق المحيط الأطلسي، أصدرت قوات خفر السواحل الأمريكية أول صورة للغواصة التابعة لشركة "أوشن غيت"، تُظهر ذيلها المنفصل وهو مستقر في قاع المحيط.
والتقطت الصورة أثناء البحث عن الغواصة العام الماضي، حيث يقوم المحققون أيضاً، بإعداد مقطع فيديو متحرك يعيد تمثيل هبوط تيتان في المحيط الأطلسي.
وخلال إحدى جلسات الاستماع التي عقدها خفر السواحل الأمريكي، في نورث تشارلستون بولاية ساوث كارولينا أمس الإثنين، جرى الاستماع للرسالة الأخيرة التي وجهها طاقم الغواصة إلى فريق الدعم على متن السفينة "بولار برينس"، حيث قالوا: "كل شيء على ما يرام هنا"، قبل أن ينقطع الاتصال بتيتان.
وكان من بين القتلى الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أوشن غيت ستوكتون راش، والذي كان يدير السفينة، وأيضاً المغامر البريطاني هاميش هاردينج، والمستكشف الفرنسي بول هنري نارجوليت، وعضوين من عائلة باكستانية بارزة، شاهزادا داود وابنه سليمان.

— The Associated Press (@AP) September 16, 2024وتحدث توني نيسن مدير الهندسة السابق لشركة أوشن غيت خلال جلسة الاستماع محملاً راش المسؤولية وقال:"كان هناك سلسلة من المخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة في الشركة، والتي أزعم أن راش تجاهلها"
هل تعمد راش قتلهم؟وقال ممثلو خفر السواحل الأمريكي في تصريحاتهم الأولية، إن الغواصة تيتان كانت قد تُركت معرضة للعوامل الجوية أثناء تخزينها لمدة 7 أشهر في عامي 2022 و2023، وأضافوا أن الهيكل لم يخضع أبداً لمراجعة أي طرف ثالث، كما هو الإجراء القياسي.
وأكدت بوني كارل، المديرة المالية السابقة لشركة أوشن غيت، لخفر السواحل إنها لم تر أحد المتخصصين المفترضين في مهمة أوشن غيت يوقع على تنازلات مع الشركة ووصفتهم قائلة :"بالنهاية هم مجرد عملاء أثرياء لا يتمتعون بأي مؤهلات حقيقية".
وقالت كارل إن جميع القرارات الكبرى داخل الشركة تُركت للراحل راش، وإنها هي أيضاً غادرت أوشن غيت بسبب مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.
ومن المتوقع أن تستمر جلسات الاستماع لمدة أسبوعين، وتهدف إلى تحديد سبب الحادث.
وقال مسؤولون في خفر السواحل الأمريكي إنهم يسعون إلى "الكشف عن الحقائق المحيطة بالحادث وتطوير توصيات لمنع وقوع مآسي مماثلة في المستقبل".
