تحت رعاية خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود - حفظه الله -؛ تنظم وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية النسخة الثانية من المؤتمر الدولي لسوق العمل GLMC، وذلك خلال الفترة من 29 إلى 30 يناير 2025م، في مركز الملك عبد العزيز الدولي للمؤتمرات بمدينة الرياض.
وبهذه المناسبة؛ أعرب معالي وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، عن بالغ شكره وامتنانه لهذه الرعاية الكريمة التي سيكون لها الأثر الإيجابي في دعم جهود المملكة في تعزيز الممارسات الحديثة لأسواق العمل، وفق أفضل المعايير العالمية، مؤكدًا أهمية هذه النسخة لتأسيس منظومة حوار عالمية لمناقشة الفرص والتحديات، وابتكار حلول استراتيجية تصوغ مستقبل سوق العمل وفق المستهدفات الطموحة لرؤية المملكة 2030.

أخبار متعلقة جدة.. حملة ميدانية تظبط 10 آلاف كيلو من التبغ وتغلق 9 مستودعاتتشمل كاميرات مراقبة وأدوات السلامة.. 20 شرطًا لمحلات بيع "مواد البناء"وأشار إلى دور المؤتمر في ترسيخ مكانة (GLMC) كمنصة رائدة ومركز فكري يدعم الأبحاث المتعلقة بأسواق العمل، ويحفز الحوار والمعرفة، ويسهم في إرساء نظام بيئي شامل لسوق العمل العالمي، بالشراكة العلمية مع كل من منظمة العمل الدولية والبنك الدولي وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي.
ويهدف المؤتمر الذي يشارك فيه ما يزيد على 40 وزيرًا للعمل من مختلف دول العالم، إلى قيادة الحوار العالمي حول مستقبل أسواق العمل، من خلال سلسلة من الجلسات الحوارية، وورش العمل التي تجمع نخبة من الخبراء والمسؤولين والقادة من القطاع الحكومي والخاص بمشاركة أكثر من 200 متحدث يمثلون 50 دولة؛ لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات وتعزيز التعاون لدفع التغيير الإيجابي في ممارسات العمل، كما يسعى المؤتمر أيضًا إلى سد الفجوات
داخل أسواق العمل، للوصول إلى رؤى عملية تمكن أصحاب المصلحة من الاستجابة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها سوق العمل، وتوفير حلول مبتكرة تجذب أفضل المواهب، وتقدم معايير عالمية للتميز في سوق العمل، على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي.
