شركة المياه تنظم حملة لاستطلاع آراء المواطنين في جودة الخدمة بالشرقية

أعلنت الشركة القابضة لمياه الشرب والصرف الصحي عن تنظيم حملة توعية واستطلاعات لآراء العملاء المترددين على مركز خدمة العملاء بفرع الشركة بكفر صقر، بمحافظة الشرقية.
وأوضحت الشركة في بيان لها، إلى أن الحملة تهدف إلى التوعية بترشيد استهلاك المياه والتخلص الآمن من مخلفات الصرف الصحي، وعدم زيادة الضغوط على الشبكات.
وأشارت الشركة في بيانها إلى أنه تم استطلاع آراء العملاء حول الخدمات المقدمة، وتسجيل جميع الشكاوى والاستفسارات. كما تم التأكيد على آلية التعامل مع الشكاوى والتظلمات من خلال الاتصال بأرقام الخط الساخن (125) من أي تليفون أرضي، أو عبر الأرقام (01205502086) و(01205502098) على واتساب أو المحمول، والتي تعمل على مدار 24 ساعة لتلقي الشكاوى والتظلمات.
نشر الوعي المجتمعينشر الوعي المجتمعي والوصول لكافة الفئات من جانبه، أكد المهندس عامر كمال أبو حلاوة، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بالشرقية، أن مثل هذه الحملات تهدف إلى التواصل المستمر مع المواطنين، ونشر الوعي المجتمعي، والوصول لكافة الفئات. هذا يعزز رسالة الشركة في الحفاظ على المياه، وتحقيق أمن مائي مستدام، وحماية البنية التحتية لشبكات الصرف الصحي.

وفعّل التجمع الرسائل التوعوية عبر الشاشات الداخلية للمنشآت، ونشر محتوى يسلط الضوء على المبادئ الأساسية لضمان سلامة المرضى ودور الكوادر الصحية في تحقيق ذلك.
وأضيئت مباني المنشآت الصحية التابعة لتجمع الرياض الصحي الأول باللون البرتقالي في إشارة رمزية لدعم الجهود العالمية في تعزيز سلامة المرضى وتأكيد التزام التجمع بتطبيق أفضل الممارسات الدولية.
